The personal is very nice and servicial. We had one of the rooms with an outdoor jacuzzi and although the cleanliness of the rooms was generally very good, there are details that make it not look excellent, such as: the shelf/dressing table at the exit of the bathroom has stains that I think are not they are removed, but they give it a neglected appearance, like the walls of the jacuzzi where the water does not reach, which look dirty. I imagine that it does not clean easily if it is not emptied, but it gives a bad impression. The bathroom mirror needs to be renovated as it is damaged around the edges and also receives little light. The correct breakfast and in terms of location, it is not in the center but it can be reached in less than 10 minutes by wandering through curious maze-like streets.

Our stay couldn’t have been better ! I just have to thank Gianna Suites for making my first trip to Santorini and my 30th birthday celebration an unforgettable experience . Me and my sister had a wonderful time ! The attentive and courteous staff catered to our every need, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible ! Always with a big smile and good energy , super friendly !! And the place looks even better than it does in the pictures. With its convenient location and outstanding service, Gianna Suites has quickly become my go-to choice for accommodations whenever I travel to Santorini . A big thank you to Evelyne and Ioanna .

Fantastici: personale tanto gentile quanto simpatico. Reception efficiente!! Colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata. Piscina bellissima anche se di pomeriggio è all’ombra e tira un po’ di vento. Camere ampie, tutto pulitissimo. Posizione strategica (10 min scarsi a piedi per arrivare al centro di fira). Prezzi concorrenziali. Ve lo consiglio caldamente!!!

FRANCOIS , retraité breton de 65 ans , je viens de passer 4 nuits et 3 jours dans cet hotel GIANNA suites que je ne connaissais pas .l'hotel est charmant , propreté irréprochable , accueil chaleureux de toute l'équipe car petite structure ( 18chambres ) et gestion familiale ..on s'y sent à l'aise immédiatement , le pdj est copieux et parfait.je pense que c'est une excellente adresse pour FIRA .ça mérite une très bonne note , je donne 19/20. mérité.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel convivial, et proche du centre ville. Le personnel a été très chaleureux et serviable tout le long de notre séjour. Une mention spéciale à Nikolas a l’accueil ! La piscine est très agréable, les chambres sont propres et confortables. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

L'hôtel est bien et surtout très bien situé, près du centre ce qui permet de visiter Fira à pied. L'hôtel est également proche de la gare routière pour prendre les bus pour visiter et se balader sur l'île. L'accueil est mémorable et les réceptionnistes sont très sympas et chaleureux. Ils sont de bons conseils au niveau des restaurants et de tant d'autres choses.

Really nice place, huge room with a beautiful bathroom and small balcony. Everything super clean and very friendly staff. Especially the girl Ioanna, a very nice and helpful person who helped us with information and by getting the Quad directly to the hotel. I absolutely recommend it, excellent quality/price ratio.

A great place to stay while in Santorini. From the moment we walked in the door we were taken care of. A spacey room, great bed. The staff are excellent from Evelyn to breakfast and new towels every day including complimentary beach towels. Would highly recommend.

We were so lucky to have the room for the family of three - the little extra loft is great. Everything is pretty good, a little walk from fira made it quieter. Staff was friendly. Breakfast selection was good, we all enjoyed it. The only to-be-considered is that the water in bathroom is VERY hard. They did not soften it. It is expected, just not the most friendly to hairs.
