Por um erro de minha parte acabei efetuando a reserva na data errada e para minha surpresa o site/app da trip não permite fazer nenhum tipo de alteração, entrei em contato com o hotel e me retornaram alegando que não é possível alterar a data de reservas vinda de plataformas como a que comprei da trip. Em resumo não consegui me hospedar na data que eu pretendia ir e perdi o valor pago a plataforma da trip.
Para quem busca reservar algo pela trip tomem cuidados e tenham muita atenção, se errar na reserva perde o dinheiro.
Pessima plataforma, não há um atendimento humanizado e nem outra alternativa para resolver possíveis problemas.
Pessimo atendimento!!! Resposta do gerente do hotel não foi nenhum um pouco simpático em querer resolver o problema dizendo que não poderia alterar a data, será?

Quarto limpo, porém cortinas meio velhas. Café da manhã bom, porém a reposição é meio lenta. O wi-fi não é grande coisa, mas quebra o galho. Hotel bom para uma estadia curta e melhor para quem irá curtir a praia do que para quem está em Santos a trabalho.
