Needs a bit of work of maintenance since it’s in a region of high humidity so mold is a constant issue. Good breakfast.

No check-in O atendimento foi apressado sem explicar com atenção o funcionamento do hotel.
O quarto era agradável, apesar de pequeno, a roupa de cama estava suja (algum problema de lavanderia eu acredito), o controle da TV estava quebrado.
Apesar dos problemas o pessoal atendeu rapidamente as solicitações.
O café da manhã precisava ser agendado com antecedência.

O hotel tem instalações novas e está bem localizado. O atendimento da equipe da recepção e do restaurante é ótimo e bem rápido. Tivemos um problema com a limpeza, o quarto não estava propriamente limpo quando chegamos e havia manchas no lençol sugerindo que não haviam sido trocados. A piscina fica na cobertura, porém não é muito grande e não tem muito espaço para tomar sol. Apesar de ser aquecida estava bem gelada na nossa hospedagem e bem suja.
