A relatively distinctive castle hotel with a long history, unique architecture and rich breakfast. The national park next to it is suitable for hiking. You can walk or ride to the beach or various swimming lakes. It is very suitable for leisure and parent-child travel.

Prachtig landhuis op super locatie bij de Kennermerduinen, ideaal voor fietsliefhebbers en wandelaars. Prima restaurant , kamers zijn acceptabel , echter enkel glas en geen hor . Kussens zijn niet fijn , te dik en hard .

It was a pleasure to stay at Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg. This is a stunning building with a fascinating history. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were outstanding and very informative about the history of the building and also the local amenities. The hotel menu wasn’t to our taste so we walked down to a little pub/bar operation which is just a pleasant 10 minutes stroll away. It’s called Brasserie Hoeve Duin en Kruidberg and could be a good alternative for an evening meal. There is a little train station a short walk away which takes you to Haarlem within 10 minutes costing about £5 return. All in all, a very pleasant place to stay.

Uitstekend hotel! Prachtige locatie en gebouw, zeer vriendelijk personeel en erg goed ontbijt.

Wederom voelden we ons bevoorrecht om een nacht te vertoeven op D&K. Sprookjesachtige omgeving, hartelijke ontvangst en mooie kamer met heerlijk bed. Wij vinden het fijn dat deze parel voor heel veel mensen verborgen blijft.

Zijn er 2 nachten verbleven. Eerst in een deluxe kamer, dan in een suite. In beide gevallen alles perfect verlopen. Restaurant en bar zijn ook prima en het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid.

Als je er eerder hebt overnacht heeft men vergelijkingsmateriaal. Helaas is de algehele kwaliteit er niet op vooruit gegaan. Hopelijk komt daar verbetering in, want het is een prachtig hotel en een mooie omgeving
