Excelente localização, simpatia dos funcionários, instalaçoes muito confortaveis incluindos os quartos com umas vistas magnificas para a baía de Silgar. Tambem o Spa continua a ser uma referencia pela qualidade do serviço.

Ha sido una experiencia excelente. Las instalaciones y las vistas, son espectaulares: relax 1000%. Si a eso le añadimos, la gran profesionalidad y el trato personal de Aurora, no encontramos palabras que definan lo vivido. Repetiremos.

Nova estadia, desta vez acompanhados de casais amigos. O pequeno almoço continua a ser muito bom porém alguns dos funcionários de trato rude. Num dos dias as salas de banho turco estavam inoperacionais e agora a sala da sensação de mar morto é pago como extra. Má experiência a tocar o desagradável aquando do check-out face às confusões que os funcionários fizeram com toda a gestão das reservas. Quarto bom, porém próximo das várias máquinas incluido do elevador, ruído que não permitia o escutar do mar. Acresce também a cortina eletrica ruidosa. Recomenda-se mas desta vez desilidiu um pouco.

Gostámos muito da estadia. Os funcionários do hotel foram super simpáticos. A piscina interior é fantástica,a água quentinha e com um spa super relaxante. O pequeno almoço também foi muito bom, muita variedade e os funcionários super disponíveis.

No se puede esperar mas, ni del entorno, ni del servicio, ni la atención que en este hotel muestran a sus clientes, somos fieles e incondicionales de la familiaridad y el detalle con el que nos tratan siempre. Las habitaciones reformadas son superacogedoras con unas vistas inmejorables, tambien en su saloin de desayuno. Limpieza extraordinaria siempre en cada rincón, y las camareras de piso sonrien :-), simplementen te hacen feliz. Su personal siempre se esfuerzan en mejorar los detalles y nunca han bajado la calidad de su desayuno ni de su spa. Lo hemos usado por ocio y por negocio y en los dos casos nos han facilitado lo necesario, y ha cumplido nuestra expectativas incluyendo un last check out. Tienen un diez sin duda!!
