Todo perfecto. Estrella genial, siempre atenta con todo, las chicas de recepción muy bien. Esta muy cerca de la playa, zona muy tranquila, fácil aparcamiento, tanto da si vas a Sanxenxo como a Portonovo es igual de cerca. Seguro que repetimos.

La atencion fue muy buena. Son gente super amable. La localizacion es lo mas cercano a Sanxenxo que pudimos encontrar con un mes y medio de antelacion en la reserva. 15min andando. Limpieza aceptable, pero mejorable... Pfff la escobilla del wc!! Para mi la gran pega y algo esencial para un hotel que esta supuestamente reformado, son los colchones. Se notaban los muelles y me resultaron muy muy incomodos, ambos, y realmente afecto a mi descanso. Una lastima... Sanxenxo es caro, pero de haber sabido que los colchones serian tan incomodos hubiese pagado incluso mas por un mejor sitio. El desayuno es continental: bolleria y tostadas. Preferimos optar por opciones saladas y mas variadas por el pueblo. Paredes de papel que se escucha todo.

Reserve por booking este hotel, que no es hotel que es un hostal, pero no llega ni a pensión. Cuando llegue , ya me dio mala impresión, ya que las fotografías engañan, me hicieron pagar x adelantado y cuando subí a la habitación, se me cayó el alma a los pies. Habitación sucia, pequeña y sin aire acondicionado, pensé en irme a casa , pero llame a reservas y el chico que me atendió fue muy amable y me cambio la reserva al Norat del Groove. Me devolvieron también el dinero q pague y los tres dias q me pudieron dar en el nuevo hotel, muy bien. Desde aquí le vuelvo a dar las gracias a la persona que me atendió telefónicamente.

Hotel bastante sucio por no decir que había pelos en el baño nada más darnos las llaves , el suelo donde están las camas estaba sucio con pajas de la calle. Las mesitas y el armario por dentro lleno de polvo Y para mi gusto un asfixiante olor a ambientador de mal gusto Te multan con 50 euros si fumas en una terraza completamente al aire libre y que está aislada y con la puerta cerrada sin tener contacto con la propia habitación en ningún momento

Buen lugar para aloj**** y pasar unos días por la zona de Sanxenxo y Portonovo a 10 minutos andando del centro de ambas, la playa de Baltar a 3 minutos andando. Buen trato por parte del personal, la habitación espaciosa, con una terraza de buen tamaño y una pequeña nevera, el baño está muy bien con una ducha muy amplia. El hotel cuenta con un pequeño parking al aire libre al lado.

Bien ubicado, buena zona de aparcamiento. Habitación amplia y cómoda, buen mantenimiento. Destacar lo mejor del hotel, la atención por parte de Milagros que te hace sentir como en casa, muy conversadora. Desayuno algo básico y poco variado, aunque buena calidad.

Me dan una habitación con humedades con una tabla caída y la pared llena de humedades y oliendo a humedad todo…voy a comentarlo y me dicen que la semana pasada con las lluvias se les inundó y se quedó así y que no me pueden dar otra habitación porque están llenos. No sé hasta qué punto es sano dormir en una habitación con humedades, y precisamente cobrando a precio nada barato…que la oferten al público sin haberla arreglado y encima les parezca normal. Claramente jamás volveremos. Aparte el hotel es más un dos estrellas que otra cosa, se nota que han intentado darle un lavado de cara (barato, porque si se les ha caído una tabla…)pero se aprecian los años en las puertas y armarios. No tienen tampoco teléfono para comunicar con rececopcion
