Perfect Family Getaway & Careful Service We had a fantastic stay at Grand Soluxe Hotel and Resort in Sanya! The hotel is in a very calm and peaceful area, ideal for relaxation and a perfect choice for a family holiday. It’s also conveniently located close to the airport and just a short walk from the beach, which made everything even more enjoyable and stress-free. The swimming pool was an absolute blast for the kids. They especially loved the bubble party and the fun activities organized by the hotel. It created a joyful and playful atmosphere that kept them entertained for hours. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service we received from Ms. 陈思雨 at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help us solve a few issues we encountered, and she did so quickly, professionally, and with genuine kindness. Her dedication and warm hospitality made a huge difference and ensured we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thanks to all the stuff and the overall atmosphere of the hotel, our trip turned into a truly memorable experience.
