三居獨棟，這幾天住得非常開心，衞生很好，設施很好，服務也很好，前台小朱熱情又細心，非常周到，每天都有送果籃和小飲料，貼心又周到（早餐有待提高，可選不算豐富）

這個酒店是每個房間配一個管家的，有事情不用打前台電話，微信聯繫管家全部可以解決，這次我的管家是小朱，人美心善，及時解決問題，贊一個！
酒店距離林旺市場很近，掃一個電動單車十分鐘就到了，吃飯，水果都去林旺解決了。酒店泳池也非常乾淨，水很清澈，體驗感很好，下次再來海棠灣還會選擇這裏的～

海南環島自駕途中在海棠灣逗留而選擇了本酒店，交通方便，有免税店班車。衞生乾淨整潔，淋浴間乾濕分離，特別滿意. 工作人員熱情，微笑式服務，讓人心裏很舒服. 酒店的設施設備齊全有泳池，健身房、洗衣房等；前台管家小陳服務熱情，很貼心特地為我們安排了朝向泳池安靜的房間，並贈送了孩子一個早晨給孩子、非常感謝！瓶裝水給了好幾瓶，房間衞生乾淨整潔。但也有2個小的建議給酒店：1、床架尾部稜角突出太多，極易傷人（小童、長者），需加護角。2、個人覺得早餐的品種、口味等和淡季的三亞旅遊消不匹配，品質不怎麼好!本人是實住實測！不喜勿噴！希望酒店負責任能看到，總體來説該酒店還是推薦給大家！海棠人家有家的感覺！加油！以便更好的服務賓客！
