I was completely speechless! The room looked nothing like the online photos! Ctrip listed it as 45 square meters, and the Ctrip photos had a partition. The actual room was about 25 square meters with a twin bed and a mahjong table shoved in there! I went to the 7th-floor front desk, and they told me that room was sold out! So why didn't they tell me that room was sold out when I checked in, and instead just checked me into this tiny room?! The twin room was over 110 RMB that day, and I paid 199 RMB for this mahjong room. The front desk told me to cancel my Ctrip booking and then give me the room I'm currently staying in for 168 RMB offline? 110 RMB online, 168 RMB offline? What the hell was I doing wrong? I asked if they could give me the online rate, but they said no! I ended up contacting Ctrip customer service, and they gave me an 80 RMB cash refund. Note: Ctrip paid the refund, not the hotel! (Thanks, customer service!) So my actual check-in fee was 119 RMB. Never mind the room amenities. The toilet wouldn't flush automatically, and the flush button itself wasn't responding (Ctrip customer service said they'd contacted the hotel to fix it soon). The toilet remote control required removing and replacing the batteries every time I used it. (I sent a message at 7 PM, and received a reply at 12 AM asking if it was fixed? No one came to fix it, so how could I have the nerve to ask if it was fixed?) Most importantly, there was no hot water in the room! I ran the water for half an hour, and not a drop of hot water! I called the front desk, and they told me to go to the fifth floor to shower... couldn't I just shower in the room? Why on the fifth floor? I had to take a cold shower!!! What a horrible hotel! They didn't even have hot water. I couldn't shower in the room, so I had to go to the public showers on the fifth floor. I'm socially anxious, so I decided to take a cold shower. Then, halfway through, the water suddenly stopped. I looked closer and saw the hot water was out. I was so shocked! The shower water was leaking into the toilet, soaking the floor! There was also a leak under the basin. I don't know what kind of paper was stuck on the smoke detector in the room, and I won't say anything about the cleanliness. The most annoying thing is that takeout can't be brought upstairs; someone outside would stop you from going upstairs. It's exhausting to have to go downstairs to get takeout! However, you can order meal sets for 1288 and 1888 in the room. The welcome fruit listed on Ctrip didn't show up until check-out.

The bed appeared made, but a closer look revealed unidentified stains on the sheets and strands of hair on the pillow. It was clear the cleaning had been extremely perfunctory, and not up to the required standard of cleanliness. The floor was also grimy. After a few steps, you'd notice a ton of dust and debris. The corners were even more filthy, as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bathroom was the worst hit. There was a noticeable ring of dirt around the toilet, the sink was stained, and the mirror still had traces of water from previous guests. There were also piles of cigarette ashes on the floor. The entire bathroom looked filthy, making it unattractive to even use it. The hot water problem further compounded this awful stay. After a long journey, I wanted to relax with a nice, hot shower, but after turning on the hot water and waiting for ages, the water was still cold. I tried repeatedly to adjust it, but there was still no sign of hot water. In the cold weather, this was undoubtedly frustrating and frustrating. My plans for a proper shower were completely disrupted, and I could only make do with a quick wipe with cold water. The discomfort is still fresh in my memory. But the most infuriating thing was the service attitude. After discovering these issues, I immediately contacted the front desk, hoping they would resolve them quickly. However, the staff's response was indifferent, with a few perfunctory words, and ultimately, the issue remained unresolved. An otherwise wonderful trip was tarnished by this deplorable accommodation. I spent my money but didn't receive the service and comfort I deserved. It was truly disappointing. I sincerely hope that others will be more discerning when choosing accommodations and avoid this place, which is so poor in every way. Don't end up having such a disastrous experience like mine, which completely ruined your trip. In short, this hotel's service, hygiene, and amenities are completely unworthy of this choice. Avoid it!
