Our butler, Momo, contacted us the day before we arrived in Sanya. When we got to the hotel, I wanted to switch to a king-size bed room, and Momo directly upgraded us to a sea-view room, which I absolutely loved! The room was very new, well-designed, and clean, and it was also very close to the beach. The hotel is indeed under the flight path, but the sound insulation of the balcony's floor-to-ceiling windows was excellent, so it didn't disturb my light sleep at all. I was looking for a hotel close to the airport for my last two nights, and my overall stay was great. The room wasn't huge but it was clean and bright. Niannian, our butler, provided excellent service, proactively checking in with us daily to see if we needed anything, and her responses were always prompt. The breakfast was by far the best I've had in Sanya; the bread, xiaolongbao, and juices were all freshly made. The pool was also very large, and the public areas were beautiful. Airplanes did fly overhead frequently, but I'm not sensitive to noise, and with the balcony door closed, you could barely hear them.
