The hotel has excellent facilities overall, and it's very close to Tianya Town, making beach access super convenient. There's a large swimming pool and a separate kids' pool, plus lots of family carnival activities. I particularly liked the hotel's lawn. Xiao Yue and Xiao Fang provided very warm and helpful service. I highly recommend this hotel, five stars!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I originally booked a Coconut Grove Seaview Twin Room, but they upgraded me to a Supreme Seaview Room. I arrived quite late, and when I opened the door, I was stunned – the room was huge! The air conditioning was also very powerful. The next day, after a full day out, I returned to a perfectly tidied room, which instantly made me feel less tired. In the evening, my child had a blast in the swimming pool for a long time. The hotel is also very close to Tianya Town, where there are lots of food options. The beach was lively too. Back in the room, we were treated to a stunning sunset. All in all, it was wonderful. The day before we left, they even proactively asked if we needed a late check-out. If 100 is a perfect score, I'd easily give it 99, leaving one point for potential improvement. Haha, oh, and before leaving, I even rescued a little swallow! 😂

Extremely satisfied! The environment is comfortable, and the view is expansive – you open the window right onto the sea. Breakfast was also fantastic and had local specialties. All the staff were very friendly and greeted us warmly. The location is super convenient, and you can even grab some BBQ skewers nearby at night. Very happy with my stay!

Visited during off-peak season, and the value for money was absolutely unbeatable! The room was spacious and bright, and all the facilities were incredibly well-maintained and felt brand new. The attention to detail was impressive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious local dishes. The Hainan Qingshanliang dessert was particularly refreshing and sweet – I instantly fell in love with it! Overall, a fantastic experience.

The Jinsha Hotel was an amazing experience! The location is superb, right next to the airport, which was a huge relief for our late-night arrival. There are plenty of attractions nearby, like Nanshan Temple and Tianya Haijiao, all easily accessible. The service was incredibly thoughtful; they even prepared sand-digging tools and a swimming ring for our kids without us asking. Their attention to detail was top-notch. Highly recommend!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of hot and cold dishes, congee, noodles, bread, and fruits. The 'qingbuliang' (a refreshing dessert soup) was sweet and invigorating, leaving a wonderful aftertaste. In the evening, the sunset outside the window was breathtakingly beautiful, making it a perfect spot for stunning photos.

I arrived at the hotel quite late, but the front desk staff, Xiao Yue and Xiao Chen, were incredibly helpful. They upgraded my room and quickly processed my check-in. They even proactively asked if I needed disposable slippers and informed me of the pool and gym operating hours. My room had large floor-to-ceiling windows, so waking up and opening the curtains to a sea view instantly put me in a great mood. I would definitely choose Sands again for my next stay.

My friend highly recommended Jingsha and it definitely didn't disappoint! It's super convenient for visiting West Island and Tianya Haijiao (End of the Earth). The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the grounds are expansive. We even saw a romantic wedding on the large lawn by the sea, which added a lovely touch to our trip. The staff were also really patient and gave us great recommendations for local food. I truly recommend this place!

When we got there, the scanner had broken, and reception wanted to keep our passports. However, they were very understanding when we said we wanted to keep them with us. We felt that the attitude of the porter was very bad, we got there late, but the young man seemed impatient. The rest of the staff were very polite. The room was large, with a good view of the ocean. The bathtub plug was broken, and water drained from the bathtub even though the plug was secured. The sink plug was stuck, and water couldn't drain. Both my room and my friend's room had a bad odour, despite having scent diffusers. Other than the odour, her room with a view of the pool had no other issues. We felt the cleanliness was good, although there was a drain fly in my room. The rooms were stocked with water, coffee and tea. The pool area is lovely, and the grounds are beautiful and well-kept. There is a gate to the beach, but myself and another guest couldn't figure out how to open it, and the other guest had to ask a staff member to show her how to open the gate. I recommend making it easier for guests to access the beach.

The Sands Hotel is super close to Tianya Town, just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Our room was spacious, clean, and bright with great views. They have an infinity pool, a kids' club, and a scenic lawn – all the recreational facilities you could need. Xiaoyue and Lingfeng provided efficient service. The room was surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area, so we slept soundly. Plus, it's really convenient for visiting Nanshan Temple, Tianya Haijiao (Ends of the Earth), and West Island tourist attractions.

Facilities: Fully equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: The hotel has its own lawn, and the sea is right outside. Service: Very welcoming and enthusiastic.

We chose Sanya for our off-peak trip, and it was excellent value for money. The front desk not only upgraded us to a sea-view room but also recommended many parent-child activities. The hotel's mini orchard was a pleasant surprise; it was our first time seeing passion fruit, and the kids loved it. The room facilities were also well-maintained.

Overall, a fantastic experience! The room was spotless and had an amazing sea view. The service was warm and attentive, and getting around was a breeze. The resort grounds were beautiful, and both the pool and beach experiences were excellent. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again next time we're in Sanya.

As someone with high standards for cleanliness, I found the hotel room to be very good. The price was reasonable, and it was much more comfortable than staying in a B&B! The hotel is right next to Tianya Town Beach, with direct access to the beach and another exit directly into the town itself. Everything was very convenient. If I go back, I won't hesitate to book here again!
