Sanya Coconut Sea Time Sea View Holiday Apartment

The first hotel I booked had a great environment, and I originally thought about canceling this one and rebooking the previous hotel. But then I figured it was just one night, so I'd stay and see. After checking into this hotel, I was so glad I didn't cancel; it was absolutely beautiful! The owner even upgraded our room type. We could see the sea view right from our bed, and also from the living room. The place was clean and tidy too. So, I immediately booked another night. The scenery and beach at Dadonghai are, in my opinion, the most beautiful in the area. I'll definitely book here again next time! 😊

The room was very clean and perfect for a family stay. The bedroom balcony offered direct sea views, and we captured a beautiful sunset from the living room balcony. It's also super close to the beach, just a five-minute walk from the community exit. There's a pool within the complex, and we could use the swimming rings from the room to have some fun there.

This sea-view guesthouse we chose for our Dadonghai trip was an amazing experience, especially perfect for family travel! The location is superb, just a short walk to the beach, and the complex has its own swimming pool, which is very convenient for daily relaxation and water fun. Transportation nearby is convenient, with plenty of supermarkets and a wide variety of restaurants, so you'll never have to worry about finding food. The room facilities are very new and spotlessly clean, with no unpleasant odors. The layout is spacious and well-proportioned, the living room TV is huge, and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to cook your own meals. The balcony offers an excellent view, with a fantastic sea-view ambiance, making for a very comfortable stay. The manager provided incredibly thoughtful and warm service, generously upgrading our room upon check-in. Communication was smooth throughout, and all our requests were promptly addressed. Overall, the value for money is excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Dadonghai. Highly recommended!

Our whole family came to Sanya this time and everyone absolutely loved this apartment. It's really spacious with incredible sea views, and the location is fantastic. The complex is practically right on Dadonghai tourist area, and getting around is easy. Didi (ride-sharing) drops you off right at the building entrance. The service was excellent too, they responded immediately to all our requests. The community pool is right downstairs, and you can even see it from the balcony.

I was really hesitant about booking a guesthouse before I left, worried I'd be catfished by the photos. But the moment I arrived, it was so worth it! The host even waited up for me when I arrived at 2 AM. When there was a power and water outage in the complex, the host was great and proactively kept in touch. Plus, Dadonghai is super convenient. This location is right by the beach, so it's easy to go clamming or just enjoy a swim. Dining options are also plentiful. And there's free parking in the complex. A hundred thumbs up!

The one-bedroom apartment is very spacious and equipped with every amenity you could possibly think of. It was exceptionally clean; I even wiped the windowsill and found no dust. Everything you could need was provided, including two swim rings and sand toys in the room, making it perfect for family trips. Many Russians stay in this apartment. The balcony offers a nice view, and there's a washing machine and microwave. Usually, when I travel, I bring several changes of clothes and never do laundry, but seeing the clean washing machine, I used it daily. The balcony is wide, gets direct sun, and clothes dried overnight. Ordering takeout was also convenient, with many options delivered right to the door. The landlady's service attitude was very good. My only complaint is that the male owner knocked on our door around 1 AM. He later explained it was a mistake, but my daughter and I were both scared that night, especially since I was traveling alone with my child. I feel this type of guesthouse is more suitable for larger families. In the future, when traveling solo with my child, staying in a hotel might be more reliable. However, the price of just over 700 for two nights was incredibly appealing. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it to friends.

This hotel had amazing reviews, so I specifically booked a stay before leaving, and it definitely lived up to the hype! They've thought of everything you could possibly need, and even things you wouldn't expect. The attention to detail is incredible. I regret not staying longer and will definitely be back next time. Five stars!

This place is great! Before coming to Sanya, I hadn't even considered staying in a guesthouse or apartment. I saw a recommendation from a friend on a platform, and the price seemed right, so I booked two nights. It completely exceeded my expectations! Parking was convenient, the room was bright and spacious, and it was super close to the beach. You can walk out the back door and be at the swimming beach in five minutes. It's also just five minutes from the famous Coconut Chicken restaurant in Dadonghai. Plus, it came with a kitchen and cooking utensils! We bought seafood at the market and cooked it ourselves, the value for money was absolutely amazing. The cleanliness was also excellent. I really hope they maintain this level of quality and affordability and don't raise their prices. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sanya. It's perfect for families with kids or elderly parents – we cooked three meals here. Fantastic!
