Narada Resort Hotel Sanya Pleasant Bay Reviews

My friends and I had a great stay at Primus. The hotel is in a really peaceful area, but it is a little drive away from most restaurants and shops. This didn’t bother us though as it wasn’t far in a didi. The room was clean and the view is stunning. On my second night I ran a bath and there was an issue with the water. They quickly upgraded me to an amazing villa which was amazing. The staff were all very helpful, especially Alisa who speaks great English (which was handy since my Chinese isn’t great) and helped me with a package issue I had. The bar area is quiet and has an amazing view. Food options for foreigners is a little bit limited but there were some options that we liked.

very quiet property. not really much around as property is pretty secluded. not much western meals available but plenty of quiet little nooks and crannies to chill in. Our stay was in the tower that was quite far from the tower that had the front desk and lobby in it. If you're looking for a quiet stay, this is your property.

Service in the hotel was very good and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is beautifully designed, like South-East Asian inspired, very tropical and had a luxury feel to it. The breakfast at the hotel was just average, not much change day to day and contained more Chinese style breakfast options. The pool is also 90% in the shade so only used it one time as it was quite cold. The spa on site was very nice and more affordable than other hotel spas -, the hotel also gave some coupons which was nice. You can access other places such as Dadonghai and Yalong Bay easily by taxi but there's not much around the hotel like restaurants. Overall: a good value for money in Sanya which can be very expensive.

This hotel is a distance from the main tourist area - it's about a 15 minutes taxi ride anywhere. The hotel itself is a little dated but clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Because it's removed from the main tourist zone its a lot quieter and the views of the inlet are beautiful to watch at sunrise and sunset. The wild life is prominent here. The facilities at the hotel are standard. The rooms are spacious and clean.

I was on a business trip to Sanya and chose this hotel with a very quiet environment. The front desk also upgraded me to a room facing the lake when I checked in. I could see the beautiful scenery of mountains and lakes when I opened the window, which was very comfortable.

I choose this place every time I go on a business trip. The room is unexpectedly spacious, with beautiful scenery, one side has sea view, the other side has scenery, it is quiet and comfortable, suitable for vacation. The housekeeper is very considerate and responsible, thumbs up.

It's the off-season now, the hotel price is relatively affordable, and the environment is good. Later, because the air conditioner in the original room was broken, I upgraded to a one-bedroom and one-living room for free. The balcony is super large, and the view is right outside the window. I stayed there for four consecutive days. I went out to play every morning, and the room was cleaned when I came back in the evening. The customer service Merry was also very patient, answering all questions and helping to solve problems in a timely manner. It was a pleasant trip.

As always, Junlan Resort has good hotel environment, good service, rich breakfast variety, clean and sanitary, larger balcony, large bathtub, and good view. Although it is not a sea view, the air is very good. The hotel is in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle. At present, the ground maintenance is a little inconvenient with fences, but everything else is good.

To be honest, for a hotel that costs more than 200 yuan, this hotel really exceeded my expectations. The environment and decoration are completely in line with my aesthetic taste. The lady helped me upgrade the room. The hotel has a swimming pool, a gym, welcome fruits, and the service is also very nice. The location is just in the middle of the trip, it is very convenient to go anywhere, and you can also park for free. Recommended

The room is very clean and the surrounding environment is also good. The window faces the sea, which is very good. Especially Andy, the housekeeper, has a very good service attitude. I will stay here again next time.
