管家提前就加了微信，服務非常周到，作為此次出行的最後一站，感受到了三亞的熱情，房間也給免費升級到了海景房，酒店活動也很多，環境位置都很好

來三亞多次了一直入住亞龍灣，這次來海棠灣，選擇入住喜來登酒店，酒店很大，椰子樹很多，離亞特蘭蒂斯和海棠灣免税店不遠。
入住前台一位先生給辦理的入住，給了一個位置很好的房間，特別喜歡這家酒店的房間，房間很大很乾凈，房間佈局很合理注重細節馬桶和洗涮區是分開的，馬桶還配備了一個單獨洗手枱，洗澡地方很大還安裝了扶手，洗澡的水也很沖。屋子裡配兩把椅子和一張圓桌在屋子裡吃外賣超級方便。陽台也超級大屋裡和陽台也各配備了一張貴妃椅。這家早餐品種多樣，用餐環境很大。海棠灣相比較亞龍灣比較冷清，浪比較大，下不了海。
酒店給配備了管家，沒入住前管家雪子就提前介紹酒店的訊息，讓客人提前對酒店的各個活動和餐飲有全方位的瞭解合理安排行程。雖然沒有見過本人，覺得她服務熱情處處為客人所想，每天都會詢問有什麼需求，最感動的是，當知道來了新椰子還叫同事送來給我們嚐嚐。知道被蚊子咬了，趕緊叫同事送來了風油精，雪子以為是在屋子裡被咬的想讓同事做驅蚊處理，雪子服務意識強為客人所想，讓我們在入住期間，住的舒心開心。
