Had a wonderful stay! The kids absolutely loved it, with four activities every day. They had a blast running around on the bouncy castle on the lawn. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the environment was lovely. The room itself was also very spacious.

I received a reminder call a day before check-in, and our WeChat concierge, Chad, sent good morning greetings daily and even helped recommend local attractions late at night—it was very thoughtful. The hotel isn't very tall, but the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with ocean views. The public areas include a pool (closed at night), a kids' play area, and a climbing frame, though the resort isn't very big and you can walk around it quickly.
Our butler, Chad, was very responsive and attentive to all our needs, even getting us a free room upgrade.
We booked a three-night package that included one complimentary dinner. We chose to have it on Christmas Eve, and they had special Christmas desserts and an outdoor charcoal BBQ.
