帶長者度假，前台很熱情地幫助升級為三卧房，長者對很滿意，酒店前台Lily Yang的服務熱情周到。酒店環境不錯，房間衞生不錯，中餐廳小姑娘符芳麗主動詢問菜品質量和味道，青澀而甜甜的笑容很可愛。這次入住留下了好印象，希望一直保持，期待再次入住還是令人滿意

三亞灣假日：高標準的服務，可愛的小度假村
前台接待：晚10點落地，到酒店11點，門廳小哥非常積極地幫提行李，前台仍有三人在崗。沒有過分的熱情，但耐心詳細解釋了訂房附帶的權益，並主動提出升房，管家主動聯繫並提供大量訊息。感謝他們，莫名想起前一天晚上在公司加班的自己。
房間：入住451房間，樓道不寬敞，畢竟是家假日不能按照洲際來要求。一進門撲面一陣涼風，提前開了空調很舒服。房間不大，好在有陽台，第二天可以在這裏加班。部分的裝修已顯出與年齡不相符的老舊，可能是源於材質的選擇，again畢竟是家假日。
休閑區：躺椅夠多，來之前很憂慮它沒有軟墊，實際躺上去比想象的軟，躺椅邊有花露水，深得老婆大人認可，她在這裏躺了一上午補眠。主泳池大而藍，沒有泳道池。從泳池的另一側看主樓很漂亮。順着走出去過馬路是一片無人的沙灘，沒有在這裏停留。
早餐：種類選擇超出預期，非常新鮮的果汁，水果種類也很豐富，餐桌清理的速度很快。
最後，你們猜我一共花了多少錢？——兩百塊。當然我用了攜程積分省了兩三百。
總體來説，這家假日雖不大，但温暖可愛。他們把服務細節拉到滿中滿，這樣的性價比還能説什麼呢。如果這樣的假日度假村越來越多，我會更努力去沖IHG的高卡。

聽朋友説酒店很好，就訂了，體驗感太好了，酒店早餐豐富，還有泳池，後面就是海邊，對管家JacK務態度很好，在酒店住了幾晚照顧周到，管家幫我們升級房間並且幫我們延遲退房，入住3天還意猶未盡，下次去三亞一定還要過去入住～
