在三亞住過不少酒店，三亞半山半島洲際度假酒店的服務和體驗真心讓我想安利給所有人！
首先誇誇硬件設施，公區美得像熱帶花園，隨手一拍都是度假大片；升級的高層海景房更是絕絕子，推窗就是湛藍大海，躺在陽台看海景吹海風的舒適感，直接把度假氛圍拉滿。
然後是服務細節，預訂時就給升級了豪華海景房，還贈送了一份早餐。更驚喜的是，得知我媽媽和阿姨剛從西沙郵輪下來，前台又貼心地額外送了兩份早餐，早餐也十分好吃，這份意外的温暖真的太戳人了！
最後必須提酒店人員，從客關主任Dora到前台 staff，每個人都特別和善、特別nice。Dora提前溝通房型、入住時間，還貼心提醒房間細節；前台在早餐上的額外關懷，讓整個入住過程充滿了被重視的幸福感。
總之，這家酒店從環境到服務都超出預期，來三亞選它，絕對不踩雷，住一次就愛上！

Wow wow wow! Absolutely AMAZING! I came to the Intercontinental after a few nights in other hotels in Sanya, nothing compares. The location is perfect, close enough to everything you want to see, right on the beach (there is a pathway from the hotel to a public beach- no beach beds but didn't bother me), the scenery is just stunning. The highlight for me was the different pools and comfortable sitting options, all have beach beds with a very relaxed and quiet atmosphere and there is even a heated outdoor pool so for the cooler days you can still swim outside. The hotel also offers a variety of restaurants, great options even for picky eaters and an amazing breakfast. The staff are very attentive and professional and would do everything to make you feel at home. Especially I’d like to mention July小张, who went above and beyond to make my stay great, and helped with every little detail🤗. I highly recommend and would definitely love to come back.

在三亞泡得最多的就是酒店 這次三亞行 做了很多攻略 最終選擇最後一天待在半島洲際 還説不説洲際的服務態度是很不錯的 地中海的早餐及晚餐自助餐也很好吃 食材都很新鮮 整個酒店不算特別大 基本都是俄羅斯人 有種在國外度假的即視感 拋開這些 房間卻沒有想象中驚艷 可能是我期待值太高了 首先 房間相對來説比較老舊 鏡子也特別多 真的很多 給人感覺不太舒適 不知道是外面的沙發不乾淨還是床品不乾淨 離開酒店後背後長了好幾顆很癢的疹子 希望能把衞生把控好 這也是酒店很重要的一部分

半山半島的度假感真的沒話説，服務也非常好，直接就給升級了親子房，個人覺得親子園景房很舒服，一開始怕蟲子多，可能12月份了，沒什麼蟲子，房間裏還有小泡池，但是太冷了沒用上，管家Annie的服務態度特別好，有求必應，因為帶寶寶所以叫了無數次擺渡車，真的是秒到，整體都讓人很舒服，地中海餐廳的餐食也不錯
