第一次入住海棠灣萬達瑞華別墅酒店，這次訂的臨海獨棟泳池房間。整體感覺不錯，私密性好，設施齊備，管家24小時服務，基本上可以滿足一切需要。
我這次的酒店管家Abby，是個很可愛的單身小美女，很細心也很貼心，尤其細節服務非常到位。
因為我工作的緣故，大晚上十一二點還在找她，她都很nice的幫忙解決，還給了我很暖心的提示。
後邊有機會還會來這裏，希望還可以碰到這個小可愛。

晚上糾結了許久才決定來瑞華入住，很感謝遇到了abby林詩音，小女生晚上也一直在忙活，女朋友生日也幫忙佈置準備房間，晚上送來了夜宵，第二天送了生日蛋糕很貼心，很耐心介紹了一些地方，中規中矩，但小姐姐服務非常值得認可！

帶着小寶和老公來三亞決定住了瑞華，管家abby林詩音提前解決了我加床等等問題，在前一天晚上小女生也一直在溝通任何需求，所有問題及時響應，在入住時也在路上介紹房間，貼心在房間裏放了奶瓶消毒器還加了床圍給小寶，雖然房間裏有一些小問題，但也及時迴應，abby服務態度真的沒得説值得誇獎！
