The surrounding environment is beautiful, and the landscaping is excellent. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was abundant, and the chefs and servers were all very polite. It's not far from the beach, and we went there in the evening, which was lovely. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The service was excellent, and the room upgrade made it much more spacious. The only minor issue was the elevator being a bit unreliable. They even offered early breakfast for marathon runners, which was a nice touch, and the front desk service was also good.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this time I have to say, this was the worst value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my Sanya trip! Before booking, I'd seen reviews online, but I was a bit skeptical, thinking, how bad could it be with such a high price? Turns out I stepped right into a trap. When checking in, the taxi couldn't get to the hotel entrance; I had to get off quite a distance away and wait for the hotel shuttle. The room facilities were old, and amenities were incomplete. The in-room phone wasn't working, and despite reporting it to the front desk, no one fixed it by the time I checked out. The elevators were always crowded, so if you were in a hurry, you had to take the stairs. Avoid this place!
