Bad review, the room is big but there is no place to put things, the table is very small, there is a smell in the room, and it is very noisy outside very early in the morning. I navigated to the hotel and walked into a very crowded alley. I didn't dare to walk any further, so I called the hotel to inquire. A man answered the phone, but hung up after 3 seconds. There was no one in charge. We checked in at around 7 o'clock and were given the room card. We went straight to dinner and came back to the room at 10 o'clock to see garbage all over the floor and the smell of days' leftovers. The boss was sitting downstairs drinking, and the front desk clerk was cleaning upstairs. While drinking, he kept talking to me in a dense stream of words as if he was drunk, asking me to accept their mistakes. If your cleaning is not good enough, you can stop receiving guests. We never asked the boss for compensation throughout the process. We were discussing that we couldn't understand this kind of management. We couldn't understand why no one cleaned the room two hours after we checked in. The boss insisted that we accept their mistake from a distance. Should I still praise you? You told me that they have the best value for money here, but I am poor so I deserve to suffer this disgust? Then he asked me how many nights I was staying and said that our kitchen is for guests who stay in the hotel for several consecutive nights, so he could use it since you are staying for one night.
