Sanya Conifer Hotel was THE BEST! The view from the rooftop bar and pool is insanely beautiful. We got upgrade to a sea view room on arrival. This was such a treat. The room was big and spacious with a bath tub on the balcony. They also gave complimentary fruit and water. The whole hotel was so clean. Buffet breakfast was included and had a very big Chinese and Western variety. Right infront of the hotel is a beach where you are allowed to swim. The sun set from the beach and the hotel is very nice. I would recommend this hotel! The staff also tried to assist and help as much as they could. One day it was raining and we got umbrellas to use. We also booked in at 12:00 pm and the staff was ready to assist us even at that time of the night.

Amazing sea view, very clean, buffet breakfast was great, helpful people. Rooftop pool was exceptional. Will stay again.

I am here third time and will come again for the experience. Good prompt service. I wish the garden pool was working. Roof top pool is great. Warm pool on the roof is more popular in this season then the cold one but should make sure the water is cleaned well with so many swimmers and kids.

Pretty good environment with nice and spacious room. The breakfast buffet is good as well with local Hainan dishes.

Beautiful view and spacious environment, despite a bit dated. Service was fabulous and you would have a helper where you could make service request or ask questions via WeChat with timely response. The Spa is a plus. Worth the price and will come back again.

The hotel is very nice! The service is great. We arrived in the night, but the room was ready according to our requirements (e.g. the crib was added and we did not have to wait for it). Beds are very big and comfortable. No smell of cigarette in the room. Breakfast is very tasty. Minibar is free. Whatever we needed we could get at the hotel. Very convenient and relaxing. We did not like the location because of the beach. There is no private beach. Actually, there is no good place to swim in the sea there.

Spacious room, the view was breath taking, and the bathtub added to the ambiance. The breakfast and rooftop pools were the highlight of the stay.

- Rooms are ok, quite spacious. - service is none existent - cleaning ladies are very friendly - room is clean - breakfast, quality wise, not good - rooftop pool is ok, closed between 12 and 15. Then gets extremely crowded with selfie taking people and very few seats. Not so enjoyable - beach is across the street, no seats - generally hotel feels not well maintained, partially abandoned - for the same price you definitely find way better options

Hotel are amazing, clean, interior are amazing, reception girls are so so strange, but other workers around was amazing, and helpful, swim pool are cool

Great view from the balcony. Fantastic rooftop pool. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Beach is just across the road. Not many restaurants near the hotel 😕

I stayed here on a solo trip. Lovely hotel, convenient location and friendly staff. The hotel was spacious and clean. I would stay here again.

Very new hotel with beautiful rooms. Staff very friendly and trying hard to cope with my low proficiency in Chinese. Cool rooftop swimming pool. Rich breakfast with both Chinese and Western options. The location of the hotel is at a very busy street, which makes the rooms a bit noisy.

This hotel is very beautiful and suitable for children. They have. A lot of amenities and specially the infinity pool 🏊‍♀️ . I will come back again next year. Thank you so much for your understanding service .
