The room they gave us was on the first floor which was under renovation, the balcony of the room was dirty and had a net and ropes hanging from it, there were moldy walls and the bathroom flush was broken, I asked for another room but they didn't give it to us because according to the receptionist the hotel was full, it was terrible

The hotel has a great structure...but leaves something to be desired in terms of staff service.
Receptionist does not inform where the rooms are at check in. There was no conference at check out. No one accompanies.
The service at the restaurant at dinner was terrible from the waiter.
The food is not worth the price.
The pool was dirty and there were no staff to help.
Outsourced parking no one picks up your suitcase when you arrive.

The flat I stayed had a really good location, market and drug store almost in front of the hotel! The breakfast is ok, for the price!

I really like staying at this hotel when I go to São Caetano do Sul! I really like the cleanliness, structure and services available. The service varies a lot, sometimes it is very friendly, sometimes indifferent, depending on the receptionist. Breakfast is not that good, even though it is plentiful, some foods are not fresh, I have eaten dry cake or stale bread, cold food, etc. The more expensive and higher rooms are bigger and more comfortable, the cheaper and lower ones are very cramped! There is a very fragrant hairdryer, shampoo, soap and conditioner in the bathroom.

The room I stayed in was large with a desk for work and good internet access, the bathroom has a great structure. Breakfast is well served and there is also a restaurant, it is an option, although there are several places nearby. The pool is on the roof, the day I stayed it was sunny all day and although it was cold I could enjoy it... on the floor there is also an autonomous mini market and games area. There is paid parking at a different price for guests.
