Quanto as instalações, deixou a desejar.

Fomos muito bem atendidos. O local é otimo, muito limpo e organizado. A única sugestao é usarem um amaciante para as toalhas pois estavam um pouco ásperas. O cafe da manhã também estava ótimo.

Recepção péssima. Atendentes passivos, não ajudam com as malas e nem se quer com abertura de portas. Não ha manobrista para levar o carro para o estacionamento externo que não possui vigia e não se redoonsabilizam por danos eventuais. Elevadores sujos, quartos e banheiros mal conservados com limpeza regular e insetos ( no meu caso bezouro e mosquito). Mobiliário velho e equipamentos desligados. A Localização é em uma esquina com uma avenida e uma rua muito movimentada, até metade da madrugada. Os quartos não possuem janelas acústicas o que dificulta muito o sono, fora o ar condicinado que são velhos e barulhentos. Café da manhã é bom.
