前台服務不怎麼樣。不專業也不會替客户着想。刷了兩個城市税，衹給開一張單子顯示一個。還解釋説房子是通過中介定的，所以請去找中介。正着急坐飛機，不解決問題，輪番派人來解釋。一點都配不上萬豪集團的管理水平。早餐極度難吃，基本沒什麼吃的。全是冷餐，惟一一個熱煎蛋餅就一個師傅排一堆人。
