Good morning, very polite, great location and everything is clean and fragrant

This hotel is very well located on a pretty square. ...Good to know, smoking rooms (information given in the room description) do not exist in most hotels, we rather talk about rooms with balconies, which includes that you can only smoke on the balcony or terrace but the price is more expensive than the base. This hotel is good value for money, with the choice of comfort (large room), or even for a very low price (a small room with small window). Located in the city center, you can find: many cafes with terraces serving very inexpensive snacks, pharmacy, clothing, shopping center, and shoes at very good prices. I had come there to travel further north, in order to discover the natural hot springs in the mountains (and free: "banhos termais"), but the weather (wind storm and rain) did not allow me to go there. to access. Inês at reception is very welcoming and helpful, as is the Brazilian lady responsible for housekeeping on the 7th floor. Otherwise, generally speaking, the managers did their best to find me the room that best suited me. Very good stay, I would come back in the spring if I can.

Our room/washroom was still dirty. And as can happen the room had a few bugs. Manager refused to listen or assist as my party simply did not feel comfortable stay there.

The premises are a little outdated but what would you expect at this price. Staff is extremely friendly, both breakfast and inhouse parking are included in the rate, exceptional, especially since it is conveniently located at the central square of town.

We left with deep displeasure. We are a group of 60 pilgrims, who have stayed at this hotel for X (ask the mother) years on our journey. This year, after a very rainy morning of walking, we arrived at the hotel all wet, and inhumanely they were completely inflexible in giving us the rooms, taking into account that some of them would certainly already be ready, considering that we were completely soaked and some older people . The rooms were given well after the agreed time (2pm). Just as a complement, as is normal, on Mother's Day there were some families who went to visit their mothers at the hotel. One of the pilgrims asked at the reception if she could heat her baby's soup, they asked her for 3eur to heat the soup. It is a hotel managed by people who are certainly not human and have no principles.

We stayed three nights, two adults. They gave us a room on the eighth floor, with a small terrace with views, artificial grass, two chairs and a small table. The staff was very friendly at all times and told us how to access the parking, which is included in the price. The access ramp to the parking lot is very steep at first, then it is normal. The spaces are spacious and easy to access. It is located in a pedestrian area surrounded by restaurants and services. The room is small but with everything you need. Proper cleaning. If anything, the dryer is somewhat old and with little power. Breakfast is the typical continental buffet breakfast, very correct. Wi-Fi is also included in the price. They give you a code without limit of devices and it connects properly. A good place to visit the surroundings. We would be happy to repeat.

Hotel in need of urgent renovation, rooms with air conditioning that don't work, old mattresses, terrible breakfast. Furthermore, there is no extra bed for children under 12 years old, forcing you to rent 2 rooms!!!! Not going back!!

Fantastic little. lunch with a good variety of products, cozy bar, excellent friendliness of the hotel staff, especially at reception. room with balcony, quiet and well equipped with amenities.

Hotel with acceptable conditions. It needs some tasteful remodeling, namely disguising the plumbing that was done on the outside. A good breakfast and excellent cleaning. Attentive staff. Stay as expected.

Maximum cleanliness of the rooms, attentive staff, good breakfast, great location. I loved staying there, my boyfriend and I really enjoyed it! I will come back more often. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view!
