The hotel is very good, but the pillows are absurdly high. I requested a lower one at reception, they said they would bring a lower one, but I waited and no one did. The solution was to sleep without a pillow. In my opinion, this could not happen in a hotel of this level.

The hotel is wonderful! New, very clean! Impeccable service. The breakfast was incredible, with many delicious options.
The apar**ent was very comfortable, the bed was very good. I only highlight the pillow. For my taste, too high, and they didn't have a lower pillow option!

New hotel, so that's a very positive point. However, I had to walk around 3 times to find the entrance. There is no sign indicating the hotel or its entrance. And none of the GPS apps gave the correct location. Bathroom lighting is very dim, my wife complained that she couldn't put on makeup. The blindex door leading to the shower opens outwards. When you finish your shower and open the door, all the water falls onto the floor outside the shower. The towel rack is behind the glass door. If you open the shower door you won't be able to get the towel. Very beautiful and well located hotel. And there are some restaurant options in the joint galleries.
