Sao Jose dos Campos Hotels with Breakfast

It's like your home, but with just the amenities and facilities. My wife and I live in S. José do Campos and, from time to time, we scape to Golden Tulip Hotel to spend a dream night. Starting with the friendly check-in, and then a cozy, super comfortable room, plus the finest restaurant in town, Cassiano, where a delicious breakfast is served, and finally the thoughtful way to welcome his guests dispend by the General Manager himself. With an exceptional location, by the new Innovation Arch cable-stayed bridge, and imbedded into the sophisticated Colinas Mall, the hotel domains are unbeatable. There is no doubt in our minds that all these attributes make this hotel the right choice to stay in.

Boa localização, café simples mais muito bom, o que deixou a desejar foi o ar condicionado não funciona direito passamos calor, até comunicamos a recepção, mandaram um técnico verificar mais mesmo assim continuou quente o quarto. Tirando o fato do ar condicionado recomendo.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel environment is better. The front desk of the hotel can speak English. There are no kettles in many hotels in Brazil, but this hotel has a kettle. It is a bit bad that the hotel does not provide free drinking water.

Very nice and helpful staff. From check in to check out everyone there was just amazing. Very good location just in the center. Breakfast was good. Definitely recommend it's nice hotel for very reasonable price and wonderful service!

It's a hotel I book because it's cheap and it's a dog, and I'm a very nice team, it's clean and it's a good way to meet my needs, this last time I was not legal, it had a vacuum in the cypher that was moving the towels under the stick. I told the staff early and asked them to change their towels and make the maintenance, and they asked if they wanted to make rooms, I said yes. When I came back to the night, the room was not cleaned, the towels had not been exchanged, and the chiffon had not been repaired. I went to the reception to get the towels, delivered without plastic bag by someone who is moving with payments, and breakfast wasn't even contracted, because it was horrible last time. ... It's a pity, I liked the hotel's offer, but it seems that quality is falling much.

The reception service were excellent and the room service / cleaning were outstanding. Also the breakfast was complete, fruits, breads, hot and cold meats/eggs were fresh and delicious. My experience at the hotel was excellent and I am impressed by the quality of the service.

A recepção é única tanto do Ibis, quanto do Mercure. Com isso, a entrada fica pouco confusa, mas nada demais. A localização do hotel é muito boa, praticamente em frente ao shopping colinas, bastando atravessar vias a pé. Quanto às instalações, é do tipo compacto, sem muito espaço para perfumaria no banheiro e apoios no quarto, mas é bastante confortável em termos de cama, travesseiros e respectivas roupas de cama e banho. Café da manhã muito simples, bem básico mesmo, mas tudo estava bom. Funcionários excepcionalmente atenciosos. Estacionamento a parte.

O hotel é bem localizado, os quartos espaçosos e a estrutura atendeu minhas expectativas, faltou um restaurante com serviço room service. Minha nota 10 vai para o café da manhã com uma variedade enorme de itens, inclusive para intolerantes a gluten e lactose e tudo feito por eles. Os pães zero gluten sao deliciosos.

Nós reservamos o hotel para uma noite, do dia 31/12/2023 para dia 01/01/2024, pelo simples fato de que não poderíamos dormir na casa do meu irmão. Como era apenas uma noite, pedimos pela BancorBras uma reserva para um quarto triplo, que pelas fotos que vimos no site da BancorBras, seriam tres camas de solteiro. Chegamos no hotel, e já de cara o funcionário não sabia como funcionava a reserva da Bancorbras e perguntou se queríamos NF. Nós entendemos a situação por eles informar ser novo e estar no serviço há apenas dois dias. Depois de conversar com outra pessoa pelo telefone, nos deu a chave e logo que entramos, o quarto era para duas pessoas apenas. Voltamos na recepção, informamos o erro, e ele nos entregou outra chave, pedindo para verificar e, caso não fosse com tres camas, que poderia interfonar para avisar. Sinal de que sequer conhecia os quartos. Quando entramos no 315, simplesmente eram duas camas de sollteiro e uma beliche. Pelo fato de ser uma noite, e virada do ano, simplesmente não tornamos a reclamar para ver se havia outro quarto com tres camas de solteiro. Detalhe que no quarto não havia telefone, então se fossemos reclamar novamente, teriamos que voltar com todas as coisas até a recepção. Depois da virada do ano voltamos para o hotel, e para surpresa o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando. Por sorte não estava muito calor. Mas as camas não são boas, os travesseiros são bastante desgastados (não são macios). O colchão da beliche era tão fino que se ficasse sentado, dava para perceber o estrado. No dia seguinte fomos tomar café, e era um café da manhã bem fraco perto de outros hotéis que já nos hospedamos. Para começar, como não havia ar condicionado, a janela estava aberta, e havia uma mosca em uma das bancadas, que tinha croissants e alguns paes doces. O açucar, ao invés de ser em saquinhos individuais, ficava todo em um grande jarro. Comemos rapidamente apenas para poder ir embora. A única parte um pouco melhor foi o chuveiro, que pelo menos foi fácil de regular a temperatura e ter água forte, apesar de ter molhado todo o banheiro do lado de fora. Apesar do hotel ser grande, e parecer ter muitos quartos, consideramos a experiência péssima. Só não foi pior por ter sido apenas uma noite, ou melhor, poucas horas. Porque se tivesse que passar mais dias, seria impossível. Precisaremos retornar à SJC dia 20/01, mas com certeza escolheremos outro hotel.

The whole building needs maintenance, the facilities are poorly cared, it is not just the fact that it is old, but the accumulation of dirt and lack of maintenance. The toilet was broken, the box was missing part of the door, the shower was flushing water irregularly and there was a lot of whistle in the bathroom, the doors of the room were snuffed with handmarks. The hotel has a lack of painting inside and outside the hotel. Since they do not clean the walls, they could renew the painting. Soon soon you listen to doors hitting the corridors and the staffer passing through the rooms asking if you would like to make a cleaning. The lift, because it's old, is very noisy, as I'm on the floor, listening to the room. In the morning, I saw a official picking up cheese and sweet sticks with his hand and then he himself eating. What more disappointed me was the dirt in the pool. It is unfair to pay a certain amount because it would have been entitled to use, but it was completely incarnated, without condition. The other thing that made us disgusted was the bubbles in the breakfast area, when I arrived at 14:00 to check in, they were eating food residues near the tables, probably because the chaos was dirty.
