Foi uma agradável surpresa! O Hotel é muito bom e o quarto é amplo e bem limpo. Bom café da manhã. Meu filho aproveitou muito a piscina. Uma dica o SPA estava com a água muito quente para a época. Parabéns a toda a equipe do Hotel.

O Hotel tem sido aos poucos renovado e está com quartos confortáveis. A localização é excelente para profissionais que estão na cidade a trabalho pois fica na beira da Rodovia Presidente Dutra (sem incomodo do barulho da rodovia) e ao lado de um Shopping Center. Quanto ao preço está acessível mas vem progressivamente sendo aumentado em comparação com outros hotéis da cidade de mesmo nível. A diária de estacionamento é completamente fora da realidade em comparação com outros hotéis da cidade que cobram pelo mesmo serviço menos de 50% do valor cobrado neste hotel.

Sempre que vou a Sao José me hospedo nesse hotel, pois além do conforto, atendimento e custo beneficio serem bons , tem uma boa localização.
Desta vez tive um atendimento pouco gentil da recepcionista do cafe da manhã que não foi condizente com o resto dos funcionários do hotel, sempre gentis.

Éramos em três pessoas e só tinha kit banho para 2 pessoas. Tive que solicitar 2 vezes para que o terceiro kit fosse enviado.
Chuveiro sem manutenção com água vazando por partes que deveriam estar lacradas.
Ralo do chuveiro com início de entupimento.
Pagamento parcelado só acima de 500 reais, que absurdo!!!

Hotel estrategicamente localizado as margens da Rodovia Dutra. Equipe atenciosa e preparada. Apartamento amplo e confortável. Excelente relação custo x benefício. O restaurante facilta sobremaneira , evitando sair do hotel para refeições. Café da manhã farto e variado.
