Bom hotel. Limpo, camas confortáveis e roupa de cama e banho limpas e perfumadas. O hotel oferece piscina, salão de jogos, academia, sauna e banheira de hidromassagem. Tem boa localização e o café da manhã é farto e gostoso. O ar condicionado é antigo, não resfriava muito e fazia uns barulhos estranhos.

O hotel está mto bem conservado, limpo e tem bom atendimento , o café da manhã é espetacular, ainda não vi outro igual na cidade ( inclusive uma opção sem glúten). O único porém ,é ele não ser tão centralizado, apesar de dar pra ir a pé ao centro/parque.

A nossa estadia no Grand Ville Hotel em São Lourenço foi excepcional, apto amplo, limpza impecável, atendimento atencioso e um ótimo café da manhã. Além do conforto e acolhimento, o Hotel fica bem próximo do Parque das Águas e do centro comercial e dos restaurantes, possibilitando as caminhadas tranquilas.

O quarto 102 alaga com chuva e o alugam mesmo assim. O hotel coloca uns panos e cortinas velhas na base da porta da varanda, mas estes não impedem a água de entrar. Molha o piso laminado e os pertences dos hospedes que estejam colocados no chão próximo à cama. Tentamos colocar uma toalha para ajudar a deter o avanço rápido da água, e queriam cobrar taxa extra de lavagem da mesma ao fim da hospedagem. Absurdo!

Hotel com ótima localização, cama confortável, chuveiro bom. As instalações são antiquadas, mas atendem bem. O café da manhã é satisfatório. Infelizmente não tem uma atitude profissional ao tratar os hóspedes. Permitem algazarra no hall prejudicando os demais hóspedes. E ao reclamar as 21:35h da altura do volume fui informada que a lei do silêncio é a partir das 22h. Esse grupo de hóspedes falava alto, gargalhava no mesmo volume, falava palavrões em alto e bom som. Um comportamento inadequado para um ambiente familiar. O hotel desrespeitou os demais clientes quando permitiu que um grupo utilizasse as dependências do hotel como se fosse exclusivo. Lamentável.

Bom para estadia curta. O hotel é bonito como nas fotos. Limpeza do quarto ok. Café da manhã satisfatório. Oferece café com biscoitos à tarde, isso é legal. Boa localização, dá para ir a pé ao parque das águas. Pontos negativos: o ar condicionado não funciona corretamente, passei muito calor no quarto. Não há piscina adulto, somente infantil. Senti falta de uma piscina boa. A hidro parece uma caixa d'agua.
