Fizemos uma marcação para 2 adultos e uma criança de 2 anos. Infelizmente 1 dia antes, a nossa filha acabou por ficar em isolamento por sintomas de Covid. Explicámos a situação, inclusive enviamos a declaração de isolamento, e nem queríamos o dinheiro, queríamos apenas um voucher para podermos usar mais tarde, visto que não foi algo que pudéssemos prever. Foram tão simpáticos (só que não), que apenas responderam que não era possível nem voucher nem devolução do valor e que o mesmo ficava por custos de cancelamento!! Estamos super desiludidos!!

Die Anfahrt ist wirklich etwas abenteuerlich, möglichst tagsüber anreisen. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis aber unschlagbar!!!! Gebucht über die Website für nur 90 Euro pro Nacht plus 9 Euro Frühstück pro Person. Großzügige Zimmer und Badezimmer, alles sauber. Anlage sehr gepflegt. Nettes Personal, dieses ist nur Vormittags da. Frühstück überschaubar aber alles was man braucht. Das Obst war so unglaublich lecker! Orangeensaft konnte man sich selbst frisch pressen. Am WE waren viele Portugiesen mit uns auf der Anlage. Montags waren wir fast alleine. Das Frühstück wurde in der Menge angepasst aber nicht in der Auswahl eingeschränkt. Fanden wir gut! Nachwuchs fand die Tiere natürlich super! Milfontes ist nur 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Für uns war das ein perfekter Urlaub mit Kleinkind - vielen Dank an das wirklich wirklich nette Personal vor Ort!!!

L’hôtel est très agréable et l’accueil également Nous avons eu un gros problème dans la salle de bain l’eau était totalement noir même si on la faisait couler longtemps Nous avons appelé réception ouverte 24 heures sur 24 qui nous a répondu une fois puis nous a laissé avec notre problème malgré nos 15 appels répétés Nous n’avons pas pu nous laver ni envisager de boire l’eau du robinet

Despite contacting the hotel and explaining the situation, they refused refund, so I ended up paying 200€. I had no control over the isolation situation, obviously and they refused rescheduling and total refund. I will not book again.

This was a magical experience! Know you are staying on a farm so it is not about squeaky cleanliness. The room was basic with 3 beds in one room and a couch but it was all we needed to enjoy this unique property with peacock males dancing and showing their plumage and the mothers exhibiting their babies. Preschool groups visited and the staff were amazing. I liked that they were protecting the animals while allowing close interaction. Make sure you get the breakfast! It is beautiful and you can make your own orange juice! This was our favorite experience out of 9 lodgings on this trip. You have to check in about 15 minutes away. Make sure to go to the beautiful rock stacking beach close to the office. Loved this - definitely go if you are not a person who requires pampering. I had a nice swim in the pool too!

Very peaceful location, with a nice pool and very nice staff. We were looking for a calm place to start our vacation and this hotel delivered exactly that. Our daughter liked the animals as well. We recommend taking the breakfast service, it was nice and calm way to start the day. Also the churasco dinner was delicious! Only small minus was that the room didn’t have an actual AC, only a fan.
