Check in realizado com rapidez.O atendimento do café muito ruim.Falta constante de pratos,talheres ,os alimentos quando acabam demorar a serem reposto,especialmente o atendimento para prepararo da tapioca péssimo atendimento.O hotel não tem estrutura para atendimento em alta temporada

O prédio é antigo, as instalações nao estão muito conservadas. As portas são pesadas e fazem muito barulho, por isso ficamos a madrugada toda ouvindo as pancadas das portas o que atrapalhou a dormir. As paredes também parecem finas pois ouvimos muito barulho dos outroa quartos.

Ótimo hotel, com o melhor custo benefício da cidade. Ótimas camas e recepcionistas educadas, área de lazer boa e tudo bem conservado, só achei um pouco desconfortável não poder pedir pra levarem o café da manhã no quarto e nem sequer se o próprio hóspede levar o café da manhã ao quarto.
