Um hotel com um bom custo benefício. Os quartos são velhos, mas sem cheiro de mofo. Cama de casal grande. O ar condicionado funciona bem, senti até frio. O banheiro é bom. Café da manhã é delicioso. Pedimos serviço de quarto, mas a comida não estava gostosa.

Inicialmente, no dia do check in, o quarto estava sujo, com copo descartável e sujeira no chão do banheiro. Quarto muito mal conservado. Atendentes da recepção sem muita empatia. A unica coisa razoável foi o café da manhã!

Nos colocaram no Abeville 2, um prédio anexo com 3 andares.. quarto muito ruim, com mofo no banheiro, toalha bem gasta, torneira pingando, válvula da descarga quebrada… o que salva é o atendimento, são muito receptivos.. e o café da manhã é bom!

Houve uma semana se congresso, onde as pessoas precisariam do hotel para almoçar e a cozinha não tinha pessoal para atender, demorando cerca de uma hora e meia para preparar os pratos.
Alguns quartos não tem estrutura. Peguei um single com ar condicionado quebrado e com cheiro de mofo.

O hotel é simples mas os quartos são péssimos. Se vc pegar os quartos da torre 2 então é uma tristeza. Quarto pequeno, mal cuidado, móveis parecem descartáveis, cama de casal pequena e travesseiro parecia uma olha de tão fino. O banheiro parece de navio, minúsculo e mofado.
