Bonjour séjour agréable
mais les services proposés vraiment médiocre même pas un fer à repasser pour une urgence le personnel pas beaucoup de communication et je reviendrai pas a cette hôtel

A localização do hotel é muito boa. Tamanho do quarto bem decente. Já havia ficado no hotel uma vez e senti uma piora considerável do café da manhã, poucas opções e demora de reposição.

O banheiro estava c
Vazamento na pia e no chuveiro alagando ..tive q solicitar toalhas p o quarto ! Até nos trocarem p outro quarto por termos reclamado dos vazamentos.
Solicitamos o uso de microondas p aquecer a comida das crianças e o hotel não possui ! Paguei caro p pouco

Tinha lido sobre as péssimas avaliações, mas como queria ficar na região optei por me hospedar lá.. mas, para minha surpresa, é pior do que havim falado. a) Quarto: sujo com cabelos, lençóis tinham até sangue e moricoca morta em cima; b) Banheiro: imundo tive que comprar chinelos para entrar; c) Internet: não funciona e nos 10 dias tive que deixar meu celular roteando para trabalhar; d) Café da manhã: sem opção, por várias vezes com mosquitos nos ovos; e) por dois dias tive que subir e descer do 8⁰ andar de escada, todos os elevadores quebrados; f) Limpeza geral: hotel sujo "nojento" com funcionários sem a menor cortesia e despreocupados. Enfim, tem mais de 95% de avaliação euim na Internet, mas o hotel é ainda pior.
