Blue Tree Towers São Luis

If once, this was a 5 star hotel, it needs urgently to be reevaluated! The musty smell is unbearable! We needed to change rooms 3 times until we found a less bad one. At the reception, they try to disguise the smell, but the rugs and the beautiful sofas are extremely dirty. The internet and TV signal are inconstant. While you try to watch something, several times a warning appears: "your internet signal is poor, please check." It seems that they are replacing the silverware at the restaurant, but they kept the bars code tag so the silverware sticks into your fingers while you eat (can you imagine?). The placemats are chipped and the chairs are old. The receptionists and room staff are cranky. When we checked in, we didn't get any information about the hotel. The receptionist were more involved chatting about the Champions League games. Please, do not disturb them. If you need any information, you are on you own. If you need any help, don't count on it. If you expect some 5 stars service, keep dreaming. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience. I would never come back.
