Good Hotel. Clean and nice.
We stayed here for two nights and got the room with a balcony and able to see the palace at night.
Friendly reception.
Totally recommended to stay over Sintra for those who don’t want a hectic early day trip from Lisbon.

The breakfast is not rich enough. It costs 17 euros on the day. It costs 14 euros to book a day in advance. Breakfast is basically cold food. The parking lot is 15 euros a day. We had a great stay - the hotel lobby is beautifully designed and the rooms are very simple but cleans and comfortable.

Great location, literally right next to one of the palaces. Decent views if you got that from your room or you can go down to lobby bar. However the the hotel is very old and the staff are somewhat arrogant (when you tell them something is broken they just unapologetically tell you there's nothing they can do, or ask for something, they give you unfeasible alternative solutions.
