Hotels Near Centro Comercial Amazonas in Sao Paulo

Stayed here for 9 days for a family visit. We booked the business suite which I’m glad we did given the duration. The business suite is the biggest room in the hotel and is well laid out and offers commanding views across the valley. I would not recommend this room for any more than 2 people. The house keeping was reliable, cleaning the room daily (although one day they missed our room and we had to call the front desk to request they come do it at 3pm, which they do with little fuss). There is no pool at this hotel, which is unfortunate, however there is a VERY modest gym on the first floor. The big drawcard for this hotel is its proximity to ParkShopping São Caetano, with all of its bars, cinemas, shops and restaurants.

Excelente. Atendimento cordial. Quarto amplo, cama absolutamente confortável, ducha boa mas precisa de regulagem (fácil de resolver), banheiro também amplo e com amenidades. O restaurante anexo é incrível, comida libanesa maravilhosa e o café da manhã delicioso (empadinhas e tortinha de limão e morango no café da manhã me fazem muito feliz! rs.). Localização excelente, poucos passos da Paulista e metrô Brigadeiro. Bom custo benefício.

I loved everything! nice and educated staff, well-variated breakfast, the architecture of the attractive location, the perfect room with views for the Farol Santander, the wonderful towels!! And the shower? ALL!! I hope to come back soon :)

An old chain hotel located in the old town of Sao Paulo, close to Paulista Avenue, and there is a small supermarket next to the hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and sanitary, the corridors are a bit dark, but the lights in the rooms are warm. The service staff are very enthusiastic, but the speed of check-in and check-out needs to be accelerated.

We are in a combined room, two rooms with a couple bed and two single beds. Positive points: comfortable, spacious accommodation. It has shampoo and free conditioning and good shower. Breakfast with many options. Chocolate cup bonus to place in the cakes. Parking including with manufacturer and good location, near the Republic station. All educated and performing staff. We need to print a voucher and the reception staff were gentle and helped us promptly. In addition to the common areas, you only travel by your floor (to use the lift you need to have the card). Negative points: Surface cleaning in the room. My daughter used a hair thread on the floor of the room, and the hair was unclean; and I found hair thread on the floor as soon as I arrived; and the bed clothes are rough, old and yellow; and the hairs are bad. In the morning breakfast, they do not clean the tables as they are unoccupied; you sit down to drink coffee on the dirty table; I don't know if all rooms are like that, but in my windows were locked. That is good for those who are with children, but, on the other hand, it does not breathe.

Excellent staff! It does not have room service and to have breakfast you have to go to another building, which is uncomfortable if it is raining and cold like these days. The best thing about this hotel is its staff. Very friendly

We stayed here for a night before a flight home for the holidays. Check in online was easy and we just had to pay and pick up keys. I booked through Accor so was able to earn points. Breakfast was delicious and so was lunch. The staff spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable and they had a pack and play for the toddler. She also loved the play room. Great stay

The ibis standard room, but a little broader than the conventional. It can be improved by offering a greater selection of channels for example. Good comfort. Laundry offers an excellent service. A simple breakfast, you need to improve a lot, I asked for a omelet and I was denied, a absurd. Imagine paying more than 300 reals and a simple request is not accepted... another simple change that you need to observe, if the guest arrives 2 or 3 hours before check-in and there is room availability offer and not cover half a day, This is a way of pleaseing the client, a courtesy that will be remembered. Cheguei a noite, haviam 3 recepcionistas conversando no balcão. Uma de cabelo rosa, outra de dreads e mais uma outra morena. Não vi o nome de nenhuma. Fiquei parada na frente delas enquanto elas ainda conversavam, perguntei então: ”é aqui que faço o checkin?”, uma olhou pra outra pra ver quem é que atenderia. Uma delas começou meu atendimento, a reserva não estava no sistema, até ai tudo bem sei como funciona. Então ela fez a inserção manual e, enquanto fazia isso, o bate papo delas ainda se seguia falando sobre seus relacionamentos amorosos sem se preocupar com a postura profissional frente ao cliente. Finalizado o checkin, assinei a FNRH e me deram a chave dizendo apenas o número do quarto. Não tive mais nenhuma instrução. Decidi então ir até o lobby bar, onde fui atendida por uma moça muito simpática. Percebi que estavam servindo jantar pra um grupo especifico, havia alguns garçons circulando. Enquanto a menina do bar esquentava o congelado que comprei, uma moça da cozinha apareceu informando que o prato vegetariano estava pronto, assim começou uma conversa entre a moça do bar, os garçons e a moça da cozinha, todos totalmente despreocupados com os clientes ao redor ouvindo seus comentários insatisfeitos acerca de seus próprios trabalhos. Peguei minhas coisas, fui para o quarto e fiquei surpresa ao ver que não havia frigobar. Tudo bem, erro meu ao esperar esse item de um quarto feito para ser realmente básico, contudo comprei várias bebidas no lobby bar e não fui informada em nenhum momento de que não havia onde armazená-las no quarto. Também reservei um quarto só com a cama de casal, mas o que me deram foi o quarto que tem o beliche em cima. Decidi ficar nesse mesmo para evitar mais transtornos. Mais tarde no mesmo dia, precisei falar com a recepção e não havia nenhuma instrução de como fazê-lo pois no quarto também não tem telefone. Fiquei buscando na internet um contato, sem sucesso. Até que me dei por vencida e fui ao elevador decidida a descer e então vi que o telefone fica no corredor. Liguei para a recepção e tocou incansavelmente até cair. Atenderam na quinta tentativa. Informei que minha acompanhante chegaria em alguns minutos e perguntei se era necessário deixar o nome dela previamente autorizado já que não haviam me pedido a informação no checkin. Então o atendente disse que minha reserva era para apenas uma pessoa. Expliquei que eu havia reservado para 2 pessoas, mas a recepcionista havia inserido a reserva manualmente no sistema e possivelmente era um erro. A resposta foi: ”Então tá! Vamos liberar quando chegar!”. Não houve nem mesmo a tentativa de ir confirmar a minha alegação. Por fim, o quarto em si é básico, limpo e entrega o que promete para uma hospedagem rápida. Mas a equipe precisa de treinamento, sou hoteleira, observo tudo, não tive nenhuma instrução básica sobre nada. No check-out, a mesma equipe estava no balcão (sai também a noite), perguntei como fazê-lo e todos continuavam conversando despreocupadamente. E
