日本人開的酒店，很不錯，風格很喜歡，餐廳的食物也很好吃哦。酒店旁邊還有一個米其林餐廳，需要預約才能就餐。
唯一有一點不好的就是，入住當天問前台能不能延遲一點點退房，小姐姐説要看明天的訂房情況，第二天問一個男的前台，看都沒看就直接説不行，感覺有點敷衍。

網絡極其差，老是斷，衹要是圖片都收不到，基本沒法正常地工作，隔音效果極其差，半夜真是什麼聲音都聽得到，位置也一般般，不是很方便，去吃飯超市換錢都要走很遠很遠，前台服務態度很一般，問要個熱水讓我等，一臉不情願的樣子，最後等半天沒反應我直接走了，價格還很貴，基本以接待中國的各種團為主，總之是我去這麼多次巴西各方面體驗最差的一個酒店，然後我們因為簽證問題晚了兩天出行，提早聯繫攜程看能不能推遲入住，結果電話根本打不通，whatsapp，郵件都不回，後面去了説明情況也是各種推搪

The sightseeing elevator in the lobby and the Japanese armor and samurai swords on the bar inside are impressive. The free coffee and fruit water at the front desk are very good, and the breakfast is very rich.

This hotel is very nice. Great aesthetic and my room was nice. I had some issue with the sink but I notified the staff and they sent a maintenance worker very soon. Fernanda was very hospitable and warm. She recommended very nice places to eat and visit in Sao. She was amazing!

Excelente qualidade de serviços, acomodação, e um café da manhã maravilhoso. Simplesmente foi surpreendente, nos acomodarmos, eu e minha família, em São Paulo, em uma localização privilegiada, com tanto conforto, sossego, tranquilidade e sermos tão bem atendidos. Grata experiência de hospedagem em São Paulo. Recomendo a todos que façam essa experiência quando estiverem na cidade de São Paulo

Tudo no hotel é excelente! Eles só pecaram, dessa vez, no serviço de café da manhã. Os funcionários não limpam as mesas que firam utilizadas e aí vc chega eles te veem e não estão nem aí. Reclamei na recepção, um funcionário apareceu e só passou um pano… não há higienização. As outras mesas continuaram sujas… eles nem se dão ao trabalho de limpar. Trposições também são demoradas e às vezes eles nem repõe. Tudo fica desorgsnizado após as primeiras pessoas comerem… mas eles se esquecem que outras virão. Esta é a úmica parte mal-administrada do hotel. Todos os outros serviços são impecáveis.

Me hospede para uma diária no hotel Laghetto Stilo. Pelo que me disseram, era um hotel antigo que foi todo reformado e agora é administrado pela rede. Tudo estava ótimo, desde o atendimento ao café da manhã. E o mais legal foi que esqueci o meu carregador do Notebook no hotel, a Layla, que é a funcionária responsável, me enviou pelos correios (com frete pago por mim) e ainda mandou uma bombons na caixa, atendimento que faz toda a diferença. O único problema que enfrentei foi com q torneira quente do chuveiro que deu defeito mas já foi na hora do banho do Checkout e o funcionário da manutenção chegou rapidamente para resolver.
