The hotel was quite easy to find, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area. Getting around by bus and subway was also convenient (we don't mind walking, so we found it perfectly fine). However, the soundproofing wasn't great; you could hear other rooms opening and closing doors. Breakfast was excellent and very varied, with different cakes every day, which were quite delicious. The indoor pool, hot tub, and gym on the top floor were fantastic, with a great atmosphere and hardly any people. On the other hand, the room's cleanliness wasn't up to par. Daily housekeeping seemed a bit inadequate; after the bath mat was replaced in the bathroom, there were still hairs on the floor. Even on the first day, when I unfolded the bath mat, there was hair on it. The sheets and pillowcases weren't particularly clean either, with some dirty marks, but if you're not overly bothered by minor cleanliness issues, it's manageable. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you're visiting São Paulo.

The hotel was fully booked during the exhibition. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride to Sao Paulo Expo, which was quite convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

Everything was excellent — the room was spotless and well-maintained, the location was convenient for both work and leisure, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a comfortable workspace, which made it ideal for a business traveler like me. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting São Paulo!

My New Year's trip to São Paulo was truly memorable, and I was deeply touched by the hotel's sense of occasion! The hotel's location is absolutely impeccable, situated in the heart of the area, within walking distance of Paulista Boulevard, shopping malls, and popular attractions. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and sightseeing, requiring absolutely no planning. The biggest surprise was the New Year's special! On New Year's Eve, in addition to the festive decorations, the hotel thoughtfully provided champagne for every guest. Raising a glass with travelers from all over the world to countdown to the new year amidst the lively atmosphere was a truly special experience, making me feel incredibly happy! Overall, the stay was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was attentive, with attention to detail evident in every aspect. This joyful and unforgettable New Year was all thanks to this amazing hotel, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in São Paulo!

A gorgeous hotel in the center of São Paulo. 🤩 Very clean, cozy, delicious breakfasts. The only problem was there wasn't enough water in the rooms (for some reason, they don't provide drinking water). There's a gas station across the street where you can buy water. Even just boiling water cost 21 reals. I highly recommend this hotel. 👍

This was my second stay at the hotel. The overall environment was acceptable, and the breakfast was quite good, with warm bread rolls and plenty of fruit. There was no free water in the rooms, but the lobby offered coffee, lemonade, and cold tea, and they also had wine in the evenings. There was a swimming pool and gym on the rooftop.

I didn't notice that there was a 1.5-1.8m bed when I booked the room The price is still different after staying for two days. I don't know where the 400 yuan increase came from. It's basically the same abroad and can't be compared with China. The room is small. I wasn’t used to the food, so I ordered a potato date.

The trip took place during the winter in São Paulo. The internet speed is average and the air conditioner in the room does not heat the room. It is 11 to 13 degrees in the room at night. The temperature is still a bit higher without the air conditioner. It takes courage to take a shower. Feedback was given to the front desk, but it was not resolved. The breakfast is quite rich. Although it is a five-star hotel, it looks rather dated overall. The overall evaluation is okay.

Excellent location. Beautiful, modern facilities. Room, bed, shower, spectacular amenities. Delicious drinks prepared at the bar. One thing to note is that breakfast was out of filtered coffee (even though the staff was warned several times), the capsule machine was swallowing a thousand expensive capsules (a shame!), the tapioca service was confusing and there was no bacon.
