Self-service hotel, no front desk, no staff. You can't check in with your passport. You need to contact the hotel using whatapp and register yourself according to the website. If you are coming to Brazil for the first time or do not speak Portuguese, please choose carefully. If you have experience or are looking for something new, you can try it

Construction noise late into the night was awful! Very clean property. Check in is painful! Check out time is too early. Pool is great. Fitness is good.

I didn’t even get to use my stay as it was available on the website to be used on the same day, so I got the reservation. The property requires a 24h notice with your info to let you in and kept saying they didn’t have the reservation number. So I just wanted my money.

Very good apartment, spacious, well lit and ventilated (with window and balcony). Great shower but small bathroom like on an airplane. New furniture and utensils with coffee maker and microwave. There is no daily room service (cleaning and housekeeping), unless extra payment is made.

Very practical, organized, clean and modern! It's very close to Congonhas, just cross the walkway! If your goal is to stay within a reasonable distance of Interlagos (as mine was) I recommend SUPER! I will definitely come back!

The apartment is very good, excellent structure and very modern. Facial recognition self-check-in works wonderfully. A suggestion not only for this place but also for other Charlies, would be to adapt the check in and check out times to what is practiced in most hotels in São Paulo. Check in from 2pm and check out by noon. Parking prices are quite expensive. They should negotiate a lower price for guests with the outsourced partner. Overall, the experience was very good. I recommend.

For those who want to stay close to Congonhas airport, this is a great option. Accommodation is self check-in, all done remotely. There is no in-person concierge. The apartments are new and clean. I only found the bathroom small, but it didn't affect the stay.

Foi tudo ótimo, só faltou as garrafas água que dizia que teria e dessa vez não tinha a máquina café expresso que era um grande diferencial no hotel

Gostei muito, a experiencia foi otima, não precisa mais do que isso para quem vai a trabalho.

Excelente localização e boas instalações. Tive um problema de infiltração no apartamento, mas solicitei a troca de quarto e foi resolvido. Senti falta do serviço de recolhimento de lixo, acho que deveria ter uma rotina pelo menos 2x na semana. O restante tudo conforme esperado.
