I’ve stayed here twice now and brought several colleagues with me. Great food from the Italian restaurant as well as very good breakfast with buffet and included a la carte. I really enjoy 5 kinds of cake for breakfast but also local fresh breads, quiche, meat, fresh fruit and cheese. The rooms are not huge but comfortable and a very nice bed and pillow selection. Fantastic showers! Best of all are the staff, most of whom speak English, because they’re so friendly and love it when you try some Portuguese with them. The lady at breakfast even remembered my name which made me feel so welcome. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel, well located, good breakfast, comfortable room, polite and helpful staff. I recommend!!! It has a well-known restaurant on the ground floor, with several dining options. Good a**osphere and music! I will be back

It's a terrible hotel if it deserves to be called a hotel. The rooms are tiny and the bathrooms were designed for children as an adult cannot take a shower in them. They wanted to take advantage of the floors with dozens of rooms and the guest who drinks cider. I complained and they put me in a room adapted for the disabled and the space became much larger. I asked for slippers and they said they didn't have them. A breakfast for 92 reais. Absurd. Congratulations to the staff and maids. Super kind and attentive.

I stayed at Qoya for the first time this weekend and it was a pleasant surprise. The service was impeccable, from start to finish. The cordiality and friendliness of the staff made all the difference. The hotel is aesthetically impeccable. Everything is very harmonious and elegant, in addition to the location which allows us to be close to excellent restaurants, Av.Paulista and the glamor of the Jardins neighborhood. Regarding the rooms: the cleanliness is impeccable, the bed is very comfortable and the sheets feel like a cozy hug after a long day. The air conditioning is silent and cools very well. Finally, the star of the accommodation: the shower... an extremely relaxing shower, with a wonderful water basin and firm jets, providing an invigorating bath. I ended up not having breakfast so I can't give an opinion, but it certainly must match the quality of the rest. I will be back more often and it has definitely become one of my favorite hotels in São Paulo!

New, beautiful, great service and staff, great location, next to Casa das Rosas/Paulista. Small rooms but with very well used spaces, light and temperature regulation via cell phone, modern and large television. Good quality bed, pillows and towels; Quality breakfast, very European but very well done. I would definitely come back :)

Perfect location, nice small boutique style hotel. Rooms are small but have all that one needs including Illy coffee. Shower pressure and rainwater shower makes a great wake up. Enjoyed my stay. Very good breakfast. Only negative thing I can think off, it's a bit noisy.

Stylish room, great restaurant, and a team of wonderful staff who made us feel at home from the moment we checked-in through the whole time they provided us with urgently needed help to recover from an Uber car accident (translation, ice pack, and a room for us to recover after we already checked out). A big shout-out to Mateus, Francisco, and the lady with him in the afternoon of 3/30/24. In addition to the warm and caring staff, we also appreciate the clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, and nice decor.

I went with my mother to spend a weekend at QOYA and we loved it. Firstly, the hotel is beautiful, very well decorated, and so are the rooms. The room was very good, small but not cramped. But by far the best part of the hotel was the service, all the staff were incredible, very attentive and dedicated. On the first night I had an emergency and asked an item from a girl called Laís, the hotel didn't have it but she went in her personal bag and got it for me. She was an angel but everyone there treated us very well. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it!
