The location is good and the size of the apar**ent is also good, however, I am quite disappointed with the condition of the apar**ent. Sofa completely stained/dirty (I didn't have the courage to sit down), bathroom was also quite dingy. I didn't feel comfortable with the hygiene of the place and I didn't think it matched the condition in the photos.

The apar**ent was awesome, very clean and in a safe area.
The only issue is that there is no Reception, so Security will not allow you to enter if there is an external issue with your reservation, for example I had to wait 1hr outside because the license I sent was not clear enough for Charlie, which was really frustrating.
Charlie support service is via whatsapp menus only in Portuguese, they should add English as a second option.
Apart from that I enjoyed my stay in the apar**ent.
