Quando chegamos, o quarto estava cheirando suor. Achei o sofá sujo e as cortinas tb.
As roupas de cama e toalhas estavam limpas.
O quarto está antigo e banheiro bem pequeno.
Achei uma opção simples de estadia.

A localização é sensacional, o atendimento e presteza na recepção são excelentes. Gostei do local pela localizada e por ter portaria. Porém o apto que eu fiquei estava com mofo nas pares do banheiro, sujeira em outras paredes e, mesmo eu tendo reclamado, noa foi tomada nenhuma atitude.Portas estragadas. NA foto havia cafeteria nespresso e não havia no apto. Sugiro verificar as condições de cada apto antes de se hospedar.

Morei durante um ano no empreendimento. Não tenho o que falar sobre a acomodação em si. O prédio é ótimo, limpo e conta com uma equipe muito prestativa. A localização também é sem igual. No entanto, fui destratado de forma inacreditável pela gerência no final da minha estada, o que tornou a experiência um pesadelo. Honestamente, não indicaria para um amigo.
