The pillows are greatly fluffy! the staff superb! The staff make you really feel in home. On rushing to leave to travel, I've forgot a bag with my device at lobby, the concierge contacted me pretty soon, while I was inside the cab- way to the airport, one of the staff "Denis Matias" kindly came all the way bringing personally my belonging, a hotel what truly care about you! Thank you once more, no words to express my gratitude.

Very comfortable, elegant room, trademark of the Fasano chain. Some points, however, deserve to be highlighted: guest/staff communication does not meet expectations. I called from Congonhas to confirm if Gero would still be open, they said it closed an hour less than what appears on the Internet. There would be no other option for the guest, other than room service. Upon arrival, reception informed that the rooftop bar serves main dishes. I had already stopped at a restaurant. I wanted to visit the rooftop bar for a drink, all the tables were empty but reserved. They made no exception. We went in and out and no one had arrived (7:30 pm), because the bar also closes and reopens an hour later. Ultimately, the guest has no option if they do not want to leave the hotel. They need to reconsider. Adjus**ents that I believe will be made after this initial period of the hotel.

To start, the hotel suffers from an interior design and architectural team that place guest comfort at the bottom of the check list. Guest rooms are not sound proofed. Activity in the hallway can be heard due materials used, types of doors and poor interior room design. During my recent two night stay, I heard guests in the middle of the night, walking, talking, steering their rollers. The rooms are very likely not the actual size promoted in all Fasano internet media. I doubt the room is 30 sqm (330 sft) based on experience and counting tiles on the floor. If it is, it's bad space planning. The guest walks head-on into the room. Bathroom door opens into the room and not the bathroom, creating a very awkward flow. The guest room is exceptionally narrow, similar to a Hilton built in the 1950's. Housekeeping had a lot to be desired. Plumbing needed maintenance, when that should be a minor detail worked through before a new guest arrives. On the plus, very friendly staff, but limited working knowledge of English, which handicaps their abilities to assist.
