The hotel is good value for money in terms of structure, cleanliness and breakfast, but it leaves a lot to be desired in terms of service, which made my experience terrible.
I was attended to by a lady at the reception who was very unprepared and rude. I booked a double room with a double bed on the platform, the hotel accommodated me in a triple room with 3 single beds and even though I had confirmed the booking information through the app and the confirmation email, the hotel did not change my reservation. accommodation and worse, this lady at reception accused me of having fraudulent information.

The hotel's value for money was worth it, the location in the center was what I was looking for, the only thing I think could improve is the cordiality of some of the staff and the hotel owner... I always take the service very seriously.

The stay was very good. Cleaning is very good, but the cleaning service throughout the stay left something to be desired as only the beds were made and bed linen and towels were changed, without cleaning the floor.
