Bem localizado e espaçoso, mas muito sujo.
Roupas cama/banho usados e a mobília empoeirada e engordurada, o piso e a varanda todo sujo.
Colchão quebrado e remendado com alumínio, cheio de buracos, sem condição de dormir.

Falta manutenção e cuidado com o apartamento. O lençol é tão fino que se vê os desenhos dos colchão embaixo. E entre o edredom e o corpo não é colocado nenhum lençol, o que é anti-higiênico, visto que é improvável que seja feita lavagem do edredom após toda estadia. Além disso o edredom tinha manchas. No mais, excelente localização e apartamento bem decorado e bonito.

This is a residential apartment, so don´t expect daily cleaning, amenities, any kid of room services, etc.
Also, nobody to complain! Any request/complain must be done using Whatsapp. Prepare to be patient.

Stay away this property. The flat was dirty, insects everywhere and the A/C was not working. I tried to have the flat cleaned because all insects was in the room and they charged me 180.00. This is the worst place I have been in my life.
