Um ótimo hotel, apesar de alguns "senões".
O primeiro e mais relevante é o fato de o hotel não disponibilizar estacionamento gratuito para os hóspedes. Isso é realmente lamentável. Entendo que um hotel dessa categoria não necessite auferir seus lucros com um estacionamento terceirizado.
Outro aspecto que não me agradou foi o fato de o café da manhã não oferecer suco de laranja natural. Tentei por duas vezes o de abacaxi com hortelã e estava absolutamente insosso.
A cobertura interna (uns tecidos presos pelas pontas) da parte do restaurante com telhado de vidro ou acrílico estava suja e mal presa em vários pontos.
No box, no banheiro do quarto, sinais de mofo no rejunte dos azulejos contrastaram com a excelente qualidade dos produtos de higiene oferecidos.
Outro ponto bastante favorável foi o fato de os pedidos feitos junto à equipe de reservas relativamente às acomodações terem sido atendidos na íntegra, em especial, um simpático e delicioso bolo de aniversário colocado em nossa suíte em função de ser aniversário da minha esposa no dia em que chegamos.
Enfim, os detalhes que apontei como oportunidades de melhoria não macularam a boa experiência que tivemos. Todavia, é preciso ter em mente que, ao se aproximar da excelência, a expectativa e o nível de exigência dos hóspedes também se elevam, sendo necessário à Gerência redobrar a atenção aos detalhes que podem ser resolvidos com um mínimo de atenção à manutenção básica e às expectativas dos Clientes.

Das Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt. Die Betten wurden gemacht. Auf Handtücher, welche gewechselt werden sollten haben wir vergeblich gewartet, auch auf direkte Ansprache gab es keine Änderung. Große und geräumige Zimmer, aber schlechter Service.

The staff is very nice and the hotel lobby is pretty. The rooms are very small and congested (beds and bathroom). Beds are hard and the linen is poor quality. Limited power outlets in awkward places around the room. Amenities in the bathroom were not refilled properly even after service.
The elevators are extremely slow and unintuitive and it takes forever to get to the room from the lobby and back. Still use *****e card keys that tend to get demagnetized easily.
Lastly in my case EXTREMELY noisy! There was construction going on right above my room and they ran a drill on a Friday morning from 8am till late evening. No warning was provided for me to make alternate arrangements in time for my office calls. Then on Friday night through Sat afternoon, the neighboring building had some sort of low whining alarm blaring through and through.

Fico com tanta frequência que já me sinto em casa. Os apartamentos, tipo flat, tem sala e quarto que, apesar de pequeno, é confortável e aconchegante, com boa cama, lençóis e travesseiros de boa qualidade e armário. Chuveiro com bastante pressão e água quente também na pia, o que faz muita diferença no inverno. O ar-condicionado também é frio e quente. A TV de tela plana pode ser virada para a sala ou para o quarto e dispõe de canais por assinatura. O apartamento, além do frigobar, conta também com micro-ondas, pratos, copos, talheres e pia de cozinha. A limpeza é impecável e um aroma agradável e característico circula não só pelo apartamento, mas por todo o hotel. Café da manhã muito bom, com destaque para uma deliciosa baguete, característica da bandeira Mercure. E possível também pedir itens diretamente da cozinha, como omeletes, ovos e tapioca. Para almoçar e jantar, o restaurante também é muito bom. O pessoal do hotel atende muito bem, em todos os setores. Academia pequena, mas dá para manter o ri**o. Piscina coberta e aquecida e sauna completam os serviços oferecidos. Estacionamento pago, com manobrista. Localização privilegiada, com serviços acessíveis a pé. Sem dúvida, uma excelente opção em São Paulo

O hotel em geral é muito bom. Recepção agradável, quartos grandes, porem nos hospedaram em um andar que estava em manutenção, o que gerou um pouco de aborrecimento, pois gerou um pouco de poeira nos quartos, assim como barulho. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente, até por que me deram café da manhã de cortesia pelo incomodo. Mas somente se não tivesse em manutenção
