A great hotel, despite some "snags".
The first and most relevant is the fact that the hotel does not provide free parking for guests. This is really unfortunate. I understand that a hotel in this category does not need to earn its profits through outsourced parking.
Another aspect that I didn't like was the fact that the breakfast didn't offer fresh orange juice. I tried the pineapple and mint one twice and it was absolutely tasteless.
The internal covering (fabrics held together at the ends) of the part of the restaurant with a glass or acrylic roof was dirty and poorly secured in several places.
In the shower room, in the bathroom of the room, signs of mold on the tile grout contrasted with the excellent quality of the hygiene products offered.
Another very positive point was the fact that the requests made to the reservations team regarding accommodations were fully met, in particular, a nice and delicious birthday cake placed in our suite due to it being my wife's birthday on the day of we arrived.
Anyway, the details that I pointed out as opportunities for improvement did not tarnish the good experience we had. However, it is necessary to keep in mind that, when approaching excellence, the expectations and level of demand of guests also increase, making it necessary for Management to redouble its attention to details that can be resolved with a minimum of attention to basic maintenance and to Customer expectations.

The room was not cleaned during our stay. The beds were made. We waited in vain for towels to be changed, and even when we spoke to them directly, there was no change. Large and spacious rooms, but poor service.

The staff is very nice and the hotel lobby is pretty. The rooms are very small and congested (beds and bathroom). Beds are hard and the linen is poor quality. Limited power outlets in awkward places around the room. Amenities in the bathroom were not refilled properly even after service.
The elevators are extremely slow and unintuitive and it takes forever to get to the room from the lobby and back. Still use *****e card keys that tend to get demagnetized easily.
Lastly in my case EXTREMELY noisy! There was construction going on right above my room and they ran a drill on a Friday morning from 8am till late evening. No warning was provided for me to make alternate arrangements in time for my office calls. Then on Friday night through Sat afternoon, the neighboring building had some sort of low whining alarm blaring through and through.

Fico com tanta frequência que já me sinto em casa. Os apartamentos, tipo flat, tem sala e quarto que, apesar de pequeno, é confortável e aconchegante, com boa cama, lençóis e travesseiros de boa qualidade e armário. Chuveiro com bastante pressão e água quente também na pia, o que faz muita diferença no inverno. O ar-condicionado também é frio e quente. A TV de tela plana pode ser virada para a sala ou para o quarto e dispõe de canais por assinatura. O apartamento, além do frigobar, conta também com micro-ondas, pratos, copos, talheres e pia de cozinha. A limpeza é impecável e um aroma agradável e característico circula não só pelo apartamento, mas por todo o hotel. Café da manhã muito bom, com destaque para uma deliciosa baguete, característica da bandeira Mercure. E possível também pedir itens diretamente da cozinha, como omeletes, ovos e tapioca. Para almoçar e jantar, o restaurante também é muito bom. O pessoal do hotel atende muito bem, em todos os setores. Academia pequena, mas dá para manter o ritmo. Piscina coberta e aquecida e sauna completam os serviços oferecidos. Estacionamento pago, com manobrista. Localização privilegiada, com serviços acessíveis a pé. Sem dúvida, uma excelente opção em São Paulo

The hotel in general is very good. Pleasant reception, large rooms, but we were accommodated on a floor that was under maintenance, which caused a bit of annoyance, as it generated some dust in the rooms, as well as noise. I booked this hotel through Accor Live Limitless. stayed in this hotel from April 5, to April 10 2024. The hotel is clean and my stay was comfortable. The microwave in the room is very useful to heat up water and food. It is also a very convenient location for my visit to my friend’s place. I would definitely book this again if I can resolve the hotel charge issue. When I arrived, the hotel staff asked me to pay immediately, so the entire charge was debited to my credit card. However, another charge for my stay also appeared on my credit card debited on my day of departure. I was charged twice! I am corresponding with the hotel manager and hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Mylene
