I came to São Paulo for a wedding of a friend. Some of my friend wanted to join me to my room to get prepared together, the hotel forced me to pay 130reals per guest.. that’s insane never saw that before.. the pool is bad, cold and always in a shadow, no towel services and no one to serve us a drink or food there, bit lame.. breakfast is not that great. Zero effort on sustainability or green initiatives.

Very long check in and check out time. Room service also long to get someone to order.

A must-choose hotel when passing through Sao Paulo. There are also many Chinese people. This time I stayed on the 5th floor, which is newer, and the bed is at least 1.8 meters long and very big! The only drawback is that it is close to the street and there is still noise from motorcycles and trailers after 11 o'clock in the evening. The toiletries are only soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. You need to bring your own shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers!

Very good hotel, there are many supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, and most importantly, the area is relatively safe.

The front desk spoke fluent English, the room was clean and hygienic, and the overall feeling was good

This is the hotel where I stayed the longest during my business trip to Brazil. The king-size room only has one breakfast, which costs nearly $18 extra, which is a bit expensive. Everything else is good.

I've stayed in several hotels in Paulista. This one is pretty good overall. The gym is big, much better than the others. The breakfast has hot food, which is a plus.
