Tivemos problema com a internet do hotel desde a chegada. Não houve presteza alguma da atendente da recepção em tentar solucionar o problema. Ficamos sem internet até o check-out. Cabe salientar que a internet não é uma cortesia, mas, sim, um serviço pago e contratado pelo cliente. Depois de muita insistência e mais da metade de dia de trabalho perdido, nos ofereceram uma sala de eventos para utilizar a internet localizada em outro prédio e, portanto, sem a conveniência e conforto do quarto reservado e pago. Uma lástima sequer oferecerem trocar o quarto para possibilitar melhorar o sinal. Nenhum pedido de desculpas no check-out. Serviço decepcionante.

In general, we enjoyed our stay, I didn't like the service at the reception in tower 1, a blonde girl. The breakfast I found very poor for a hotel of this size and price, they need to add more options, there were only a few bread options, 1 flavor of cake, mini croissant that ran out quickly, egg, sausage and cold cuts. They need to add more options...
