Usually the experience at Transamerica chain is great, but this time I had a very unfortunate mishap - the hotel shut down all the water (hot and cold) when I was in the middle of the shower, and even suggested I went to another room covered only with towels.

Very old hotel, accommodations that need to be revitalized, very cold room, inefficient heating, old bathroom with shower that is low for my height (1.86), room service is not good and is expensive for the quality it offers.

Tudo ok, como sempre atendimento na recepção excelente, checkin e checkout rápidos e como sempre ok. Apto como sempre muito bom. Tudo como sempre muito bom. Infelizmente dessa vez tenho que pontuar o café da manhã com problemas: um dia o leite estava azedo. Eu avisei o cliente esponsavei. Em outro dia, mamão estava visivelmente podre. Avisei novamente. Muito chato isso acontecer. Prestação de serviço é como uma corrente com vários elos. Um deles sendo medíocre (café da manhã!) os demais se do muito bons ou excelentes, a corrente fica comprometida. ATENÇÃO GERÊNCIA, Pfv. Gostamos muito de sempre em SP ficar aí. Tomem providências.
